Wanted to invest in some cob lighting and wanted to know the best brand or place to buy them. Would like to get the best quality i could.

That would depend on whether you mean parts you can assemble yourself or a pre-built fixture?

Pretty sure the Vero 29 C is the top dog right now as far as cobs go.

best quality or best value?

the brightest, most efficient cobs out there arent the cheapest per watt. smaller cobs are a better value in many cases depending on your setup (bars vs. discreet heatsinks, etc
