Just been to drop kids off at a half term school ding dong and on the way I passed some stuff stacked up on the side of the little back lane I go down. So I pulled over being the pikeY I am I had a look through and what did I find you ask... 2 air pots and 10L of Dutch pro bloom a+b... result saves me buying the pots not sure on the boosters though incase they have been contaminated with dog piss...

The dog piss is a good amendment. Definitely worth the grab!

If you can get it open, you can pour out the carbon, wet it and rinse, let it thoroughly dry, put it back in and reuse. Good as new!

It's not like dirty coal, but if you don't have a good sized spot to work somewhere then you're out of luck.

Been under a cfl since it sprouted, been on a 18/6 schedule... should I keep it or crack another seed offView attachment 3529748

I cracked some beans last week off my own plant that I seeded and they're probably same size as that since they were planted Friday, I use a square ceiling light with 4 x 24 watt 24" flouros over a propagator it was in a skip with a box of bulbs so thats 2 pikies we have! Whats the soil mine are in root riot cubes its better inmo

Good idea imo. Been on this site a while and growing as a hobby for about 5 yrs now.

Mainly coco now but started in soil and if I can be of any help, I'll certainly try to give good advice where I can.

Would also be good to have a place to shoot the shit with others from the UK.

Theres a fair amount of UK members who come on, post once in the UK thread and feel outcast so never log back in. I was hoping to get a real community feel in this thread, anyone's welcome and I don't quite get the UK420 crowd? I am all for people moving a bit of weed along to pay for the grow plus a bit of profit, its hardly less ethical than growing it in the first place? Putting up links here for the odd bargain spotted in Gumtree, eBay, Seedbanks or Pre-loved etc isn't allowed on their site, which I find a pity... Also their admin are UK based, they see all your details, IP address and even which machine you use! At RIU they have that info but it don't really mean alot if sunni lives 12000 miles away, yeah know what I mean... fucking blazed again

I have just put it in some coco I had left over in the bag I'm thinking maybe quarter strength some nutes on it seen as though the feeder leaves have already gone yellow

I have wasted lekki, space, time and nutrients on crap seed too many times to count but I love the challenge and one of my top finds came from a bag of old afghani... by eck it wer strong weed that! However thats one out of maybe 100 plus?

Its very dusty and wear a mask! I know if its a rhino you need 25 litres of activated carbon which costs £44 off eBay for a 600mm x 8" and its not a job for the living room carpet... I was cleaning dust off everything in the house for weeks last time I did one! If you do manage to replace the carbon I can assure you that it works better than when it was new!

Which soil you using? Looks a bit hot for seedlings. Try adding more perlite as well. Wouldn't add any nutrients though. IMO
