Why not visit them all and learn all you can from as many as you can? Why limit yourself?

You seem hostile Doc. What's wrong? You hate the "Bubbleheads"? They are gone, so no worries. You go out of your way to read and help and share, but you do it with quick one liners, and with what seems an attitude... I don't get it. No harm meant, just toking and thinking out loud.

I'm trying to find out if i can get the pump and irragtion hub at home depot? Or can someone recommend a place local. Im doing an 18 gal 4 plant system.

Page 7. Looks like Wally World carries Irrigation hubs. I'm sure Home Depot or Lowes or any large garden type store would be able to help you.

Preciate that. The threads have gotten so long its a little tough to find stuff i need quickly.

you can get the hub at lowes, home depot & most irrigation -landscape shops i ended up with the rain bird one i now do e&f with rockwool but thats just my preference i learned stuff i use every day from the bubbleheads i also advise to use strainer net around pump i used the netting garlic comes in from the supermarket also use the fish aquarium [clear] hose youll thank yourself later down the road if you do this good luck - h.h. p.s. i use the harbor freight pumps cheap & worked just fine

About the only hate and hostility I see on this forum (outside politics that is) is when the subject of "bubbleheads" comes up. They were the source of all of it.

I was asking another member an honest question. He answered it maturely and with no hard feelings. But thank you for your opinion on the matter as well.

I remember you posting in ANY bubblehead thread. Anyone asking Bubbleheads for help. You would run your mouth, or should I say fingers? I tried to talk with you on multiple accounts, even through e-mail. You never once responded. I have tried, and you have not. Simple as that. Go troll another forum my friend, and take care.

I don't understand why you are so fearful?

He was not a conman, but a nice man. He helped a lot of people. He had DIY threads. He told people where to buy stuff to build a DWC or Bubbleponics system cheaper then buying any kit online.

Yes, Bubbleponics is a name brand for a DWC system. Like Xerox is a name brand for copy machines. Or kleenex for tissues. That's all. A name brand.

If people never tried tweaking and changing different ways to grow... we'd still be in dirt. I don't understand why adding something, taking something away, or otherwise changing how you grow somehow makes you a "conman".

He never said anything negative about DWC. I know, because that is the method I use. Plain DWC. And dirt for outdoors... He is not against any single method, he just knows more about the Bubbleponic dwc system. But he teaches how to save money by NOT buying name brand, and sourcing parts yourself.

I agree with RP. He tried to be very helpful to a lot of people. I honestly dont know why he left here, but I just try to keep up his good attitude of helping people if I can. Real con men suck, but they trick you into wasting tons of money on nothing, and even if you bought the Bubbleponics kit, you still got something to grow herb in, and if you didnt like it you can always reconfigure it so you do. So it wsant really a con. I would never buy one of those, because common sense says its obviously cheaper to build your own of higher quality for cheaper. But most people take the lazy way out and buy something as a set just so they dont have to figure out how to do it themselves. This thread isnt being kept alive to bash on Roseman, but to help people with dwc and bubbleponics. If you have any questions or need any help, feel free to ask.

I realise exactly what it is... and i abhor commercialisation of our wonderful hobby.

Yeah well him teaching how to DIY is a new tactic of his, he hasn't always done that. I've known him for a few years now. He's only doing it because of everybody shouting him down about how easy Water Culture is, doesn't have to be deep. I prefer SWC... for example. Bubbleponics is a sales gimmick, come and join my gang bullshit.

Just finished scraping the bubble hash off the plates. Ended up with way more than I expected. Literally double what I got off of my buddys. The weights were as follows by bad size...
160u=3.5g
75u=15.6g
25u=10.6g
All that total up and sitting on the scale...

Thats a bummer. I dunno why so many people hated Roseman. He helped me out with everything on my first grow, he was awesome.
