right now im just trying to beat one count trafficking charge ,im thinking of just taking a congrestional sentance for six months(basically if i dont break probation they throw away the charge , but i cant go states lawyer say) he wants me to try to fight it on some right violation but i think he only wants that so he can clock in some hours lol

k heres my bust story,
back about 7 years ago when i was dumb and 16 i had set up my first two room grow op at one of my friends apartment. and everything went well for about 2 years. we had a perpetual cycle where the op was producing about 4-6 pounds of some super fruit every three weeks - one month (depending on strain). i never ever fucked with sales of any kind bc i was the horticulturist of the op and was a lil smart. i tended to the plants my partner sold and roomed me and we split everything 50-50. she goes out of town gives me the keys to the apartment and her sellphone <--- (AHAHAHAH PUNS ARE FUN) for about a week straight i go over there every morning at 8 a.m. when its lights on for both rooms, get my work out of the way and sit there the rest of the day baking and moving some decent weight. i get to the apartment complex one morning and had been smelling smoke ever since i had pulled in and thought nothing of it. when i arrived in the section, there sit a half burnt building. i said fuck it fuck my partner fuck everything. four days later i wake up at my house bc of someone knocking at the door turns out its the cops, turns out my partner had snitched on me. turns out i was underage at the time so i get three months in cardwell county juvenile detention center and 100 hours c.s. she was 19 at the time and it was her apartment so she gets charged with one count cultivating (due to the flowering room having budding plants at the time) with intent to distribute and a mms of 2 years. moral of the story, everything was better being a teenager .

Ah, I was busted in 1967 for ditch weed that had 0.0% THC. We wouldn't even smoke it. Some kid knew we had a few oz's so he asked to buy some but we said it wasn't any good but he offered $20 for an oz and we said sure. We all went to breakfast as we were hungry. We got back to the pad and next thing we know cops bust down the door of the apartment and we're all charged (4 of us) with possession and sale. 2 Felonies each.
Spent 30 days in jail and 5 full years of probation. Turns out the snitch was on probation and looking to reduce his time. Things have changed some in 43 years but not the change we needed. At least I'm "legal" now.
About twenty years after my conviction I get a letter from the Govenor of IA granting me a FULL pardon? I guess cause he was from the same county or something like that and knew someone that knew my parents... but I'm just guessing. If he wouldn't have done that I wouldn't have been able to get my card with a record. I was lucky!

I had a similar experience once...
Had this girl I knew since age 2 come over all the time while I was just starting out growing.
She smoked tough.
One day she said she was gonna turn me in if i didnt hand over 3000 bucks and an oz of bud.
She was drunk at the time, I sat her down and reasoned with her, and never told her I was growing.
Gave her an 1/8th after she sobered up and sent her on her way.
Next day she was so sorry..
I never did much with her from that day on..
Worse thing you can do is to live with a snitch with leverage.

I'd take paying a bribe over a conviction anyday. Cop sounds like a bit of a prick, but at the end of the day you're not in prison!ive been jacked for money and weed (4 times in 1 month,same officer) totaling about $900 and 8oz
most was the first time, was 5.5z's and around $400, the second time i had an oz and $80 & he took my bus pass?(that's right..buspass,i aint no baller..lol)
the 2nd last time was about 1 or 2 oz's and no $$,but last time he got me i only had a portion of my rent money($450) and was accused of "going to buy drugs"
i had stopped selling after the first time(he bankrupt my buisness,i only sold to friends/family to support my half-oz a day burning habits,lol)
i dont deal and dont plan on dealing again,i'll grow enough to smoke and save the hassle of paying more,ppl. trying to jack me,getting caught traveling to get it........
and to be clear, he never wrote anything down in his fancy little book ,i wasnt charged,he pocketed my stash and money infront of me.....dirty....but i still appreciat not being charged...& its weird becouse he comes to my work acouple times a week,awkward.....
other than that(that was the worst for me,it was about 2 years ago.)
before then i had been caught with weed afew time's but never charged they mainly take it and tell you next time to go far in a forest where they wouldnt be found, or (& often here)they let you keep your shit/ignore that they even saw me walking down the street smoking a j(very common here,im sure some places it be weird...)anyways i wish best of luck to everyone who wants to feel safe with a bag'o'cannabis in there pocket(whether for use or distribution)

You could probably go one step further if you wanted, and secretly record him accepting bribes, threatening you with jail, extorting money from you etc... then you could demand immunity from him and his friends or at east end the beatings.
Or better yet, since you would both know where you stand with each other, ask him for 'protection', and start dealing in bigger numbers, giving him and others a cut. And then record them and everyone else anywhere near them. It's like insurance. You'll all make shitloads of phat cash.

Ive live in central Florida all my life and ive never heard of prices ive purchased all my marijuana from either central Florida, tampa, orlando, port st lucie, Miami , or lauderdale. Dont fuck with regs but this is what ive paid 60-100 for a oz of mids 600-1100 for a pound of mids. Cheapest ive bought high grade was dro was at 250 a oz and i had to buy 4, the most ive paid was 325 for some blueberry.
And for my busted story in September of 08 i got pulled over for littering got caught with 3/4 of a pound 47 separate baggies 20 bars. Got the intent to sell charge dropped on the xanax cause after 4 days in jail i spent another 5 days in the hospital had a withdraw seizure (had a 15 bar a day habit yea i know alot of yall think thats bs but w/e). Got 18 months felony papers violated that 10 months in with a dui did 27 days got my felony probation extended to two years drug offender. Violated that 15 hours later on a dwls and leaving the scene (wrecked my car into a ditch was drunk and on bars) did 87 days got my probation extended to 3 years got put on dui probation and i have to go to rehab for a few months. About 1/3 of the way done with that only got to do half the probation and i can get early termination if i pay my lawyer another 1k. Finally learned my lesson if i cant talk without slurring i shouldn't be driving.

Isnt it a lil easier to read text when its chuncked up a bit? Screw the 4 or 5 sentence rule (school kept changing this on us), just add a couple spaces every once in awhile =)
