Long fucking day, just now coming in from the garage at 1:04 am, but it is all done.

Now if only I had the money, stage 4 clutch, new short shift, new interior, and a respray.
GTI build is going swell, but it's gonna be on back burner while I save up some cash.

SERIOUSLY thought about dropping an r32 engine into my GTI, only thing is, expect to shell out some MAJOR coin for one with less than 100k on it. Every one I found(only like 5 and I'm in PA, which we all know is dub country here in 'merica) was like $5500 on the low end of pricing.(around 100k)
I got my vr6 for only $3500-BRAND NEW.

Badass Idea tho, specially in a mk3, just if you've got the cash.

Now if you know someone who say had an r32 that was totaled, say from rear end damage, and you could get a sweet deal on the engine, fucking go for it.

Don't worry Racer, if I ever get one you can drive it. Someone's going to need to pick it up from the impound lot after they catch up to me and I have a feeling they'd wake a judge up to permanently revoke my license.

. Not that I wouldn't let you drive it before then, I just got a feeling the cops.and judge would be involved not too long after I took ownership of the thing.. :)
 
I think it would be awesome to see how long I could run in one of them. Too bad they'd never agree to let you keep your license if you managed to evade them long enough to run out of gas.
 
I'm pretty sure the trip home from impound would be the third time the car got driven. Once for the test drive, then once to open it up, then home from the impound lot.

Omg, that reminds me of this game show I heard about in Russia..
The thing of.it was to steal a car and if got away from the cops and didn't get arrested, you got to keep the car.. and if you got arrested, well, let's just say you lost..
I'm not shitting either.. can't remember where I heard about it now though..

Yeah.. I'd probably be about the same.. there's no way In hell I'd get in a car like that and first thing I'd do is head over to a slightly empty highway and wind the thing out.. how could you not?
 
That sounds like it could be an interesting watch. Russia's fucking whacked.
I think if you can afford a Ferrari you can afford some track time so you can safely get used to the car to prepare from your run from the cops.

Very true, and Ferrari has an amazing program for its customers, that corse cliente I believe it's called, where mechanics and all from the factory come out to the circuit and set up your car for you and you get to race against the rest of the trust fund kids, lol..
 
I think that's the name. It looks like an awesome time. Too bad I wasn't born with a platinum group metal spoon in my mouth.
 
I had a Champagne budget. Now it's more like a generic mouthwash budget! I shouldn't complain, but I still do.
And now this is stuck in my head. Too bad Ferrari doesn't work with the rhythm of the song.
