The Case of the Not Doing So Well Pot Plant!

This little dude has been one tempermental bugger from the beginning. She has been in flower for maybe 2 weeks now but her health seems to be gradually declining. The newer leaves at the top are curling and the buds are have not made a prominent appearance yet. I have her on a 12/12 cycle under 5 compact fluorescence in a closet lined with mylar. I water regularly with Awesome Blossom fertilizer. Help me out here, I want to see this gal pul thru!
