2300 and 5600 is the measure of specturm of light given off by bulb in kelvin. What it's telling you is that you have a bulb that puts out red and blue light and all thats inbetween. Whats not said is how much of what kind of light, either way your fine. Differnet growers have different opions on what kind of light to use when. some say a blue bulb is better for veg and red bulb is better for flower, some use the blue through out, some use the red through out some use a blue/red through out, its kind of a perference thing

I don't understand why it says it is blue and red spec unless it happens to be in between them both. (blue is 5600 and red is 2300). If it's in between them both then that bulb will be good for autoflowering strains.

all of them were warm light

im going to assume this light is putting out both spectrum's and on the box i can see a graph showing how much of each spectrum

You are assumming correctly. Basically it's what it says, a full spectrum light and it will grow dope. My preferences are eles where but your bulb is fine.
