Hi guys. Hoping somenody could anwer to a little question

Mini growing tent (50x50cm/19.7" surface)
and I' m vegging with a kingbrite QB 3500K 90CRI samsung LM301H without any far red, IR or UV drive at 50W.
I have got aldo a DIY citizen1212 90 CRI, 250W(50W each cob, active cooling)

Citizen COB(no reflector/lens) would have a better light distrib as it fit perfectly into 50x50 tent, QB is just 30x20 cm, so worst distrib. But probably better efficiency at 100W.

Citizen 90CRI should be better for flowering thanx to red peak.

Sorry for my bad english, what would you chose between my two panel for the next flowering stage drives at ish 100W?

QB is better for heating management ( I bought that for this reason)and probably more efficiency, but I am not sure the best gr/W yielding/ PPFD between the two considering QB would be close to the max output power(288SMD drives to 100W) and COB drive each at just 20W.

Hoping in a your kind answer hoping my question is sufficiently understable.

Regards and hoping all goes well with COVID, stay safe.

Looking at a kingbrite IP67 320w qb board....has anyone tried this light and what are your Thoughts? And is waterproof option worth it for the extra cost? Tent rh is 55-65%

There's dozens and dozens of people using that light in this thread alone. Not to mention the other multiple threads created by members of them using it. It's a good light. But the waterproof thing I don't think is necessary, but if it's not substantially higher cost, might as well do it. But these diodes can be in high humidity no problem. Just don't wanna have direct liquid water on them.

Agreed, I feel the waterproofing isn’t fully necessary, I run 60-65% RH in my veg tent with no issues. Humidifier is pretty close as well.

Check out hygrow_light_solutions on eBay. $515 for the 301h chips. So he buys from China and assembles in USA and all proceeds go to fighting his wife’s cancer. Not alibaba prices but not HLG prices either. They are greedy. These are fully assembled just plug it in and hang it up0C7D7B27-A8AE-4848-B556-182EB2359322.png

Just placed my first order from Kingbrite the other day. Only took 2-3 days for them to get it sent out.

Now I'm looking at Meijiu due to all the recommendations here. I love their English: "The Magic grow lamp make plants enjoy warmly sunshine just outdoor." I wonder if these kinds of companies understand how bizarre their translations can be, and if they'd pay a bit to have native speakers fix them. I know a literate American English speaker who will work for merchandise. :)

Do shipping costs normally fluctuate a great deal or very often?

If you make a big order with Meijiu you get one of these. I think i love them not despite of being weird but because. Some of the emails i had from them are classic gold.

Even if they are 29 a piece,I know for a fact you can get lm561c's for $4-5/PC.
Please post a link to where you can buy QB288 panels with LM561c S1's for $4-5/PC.
Thanks
I tried to get a quote from Meijiu last night for some QB800s with LM561c's.
She said they don't have any bare boards for sale with 561s. "Too old" she said.
The only thing Meijiu sells with lm561c's now is in the form of a kit with ballast and heatsink. Their prices on them are actually higher than LM301b/h per diode.
