The Confederacy of Dunces - Trump Troll Permanent Record

I'm trying to stay focused on Trump and Trumpers and have little interest in flame wars, I post on science and technology and have started a thread on FPV in the gamers section. We are a bit like missionaries and gamers are easy prey! :D

I'm not posting too much on medical topics cause there is not much to post that will affect public policy and above all else attitudes. They have made strides in supportive care and cut the serous case fatality rate by a third using anti clotting and steroids to combat inflammation, but nothing of note on the antiviral side yet. We are still awaiting some studies on convalescent plasma and the delay is starting to become a concern. The news media has health topics well covered these days, not like back in the beginning of all this shit.
there is a lot of new information due to processing of bodies..you don't have it like we do- i know people..avoid this like the plague.

a canadian just died after having it in ICU 3 months..had his leg amputated- maybe you've heard of him? he was 40 and not sick a day in his life/no pre-existing.

we're being lied to, friend.

I think when they look into it he will most likely have had genetic issues that affected his immunity and or clotting that made him particularly vulnerable. Covid is like playing Russian roulette for anybody, the older you are and the poorer your health, the worse the odds. Many will be affected for life with a host of potential health issues.

What is happening in America is extraordinary when compared to all other developed countries. We had 1064 cases total so far in NS plus 2 recent imports who hopefully were isolated and contact traced, we have an international airport in Halifax and that was the source. We currently (to the best of my knowledge) have no cases for more than a month. We are still taking precautions, but I'd like to see more done and masks worn inside public places, but that's just me and I can understand the need to avoid lock down fatigue. This thing is so stealthy though, without widespread and persistent fast testing, nobody will be safe, until there is an effective antiviral treatment or vaccine. Australia thought they wiped it out and recently locked down an entire state because of a flare up. An abundance of caution is called for, this thing is not to be fucked with, thanks to Trump and the GOP you are playing with fire.

i say there was no genetic issue; one day we shall see, though..of the two people i know who definitely had it? they survived, no hospital just very sick, both men and sound like they have a permanent whooping cough now.

Like I said, a lot of people will be fucked for life and for others recovery will take a lot of time and support, it knocks down the strong and fit too. It's russian roulette and the older you are the more rounds in the revolver.

i've seen him since 2012, and he used to be cool; i loved talking to him (he was one of my favorites along with lonndonfog) something happened and it was well before 2016.
Do I need to break out the violin and a hanky?

The real answer is, you went off the deep end when Sanders lost the NY primary in April of 2016. You, Pad and tty all turned about that time. It was then that I realized how potent Putin and the US Right Wing social media propaganda program was. You guys lost touch with reality and never recovered.

Seriously? More than identity politics, gas lighting and virtue signaling? Nah, just a hypocrite.

People that use the term "your kind" and claim moral superiority deserve zero respect.
Haha. Good post. I’m sorry I missed this one yesterday.

You must be one of the infamous “gang of 4” Canadian trolls.
