Sure people heard it. The same people that would clear Trump that he wont' let testify.
Schumer will be able to subpoena the actual 30 minute call during the Senate trial. Along with Pence, Pompeo, Bolton, Mulvaney and Trump. The Dems are letting them off easy for the Inquiry.
At a minimum, Trump could be impeached for the Emoluments clause. Case closed.
