Comcast are motherfuckers. Every single month I spend 15-20 minutes on the phone talkin down my bill the 60-200(!!!) dollars extra they try and screw me on. No way, assholes. Of course the 200 was my fault, I just decided to just send the amount I knew was correct and, of course, they roll it over into late fees, but you know. That's my fault. What a joke. Borderline monopoly so they ride it as much as they can. I have 7 reps names and employee #s, spoken to "managers" and still get a hefty raise every month- and you know, if I bought somethin extra- cool, I'll pay for it. But no, they bullshit you.
For those who don't know, threaten to cancel until they reoffer you the current bundle, and when it's "over" in three months- do it again. Or cancel for less than 24 hrs and sign right back up.
Fuck the system! Lol sorry for the rant, I hate those guys...

I am rockin the directv for vid and century link for internet...$19.95 for 12Mbs....pretty legit for what I do. Never had any luck with comcast or cox...they are crooks.
