The Difference Between Drying And Curing

Can someone explain the difference between the CURING and DRYING process?
Drying is done right after harvest by hanging the bud up. Curing is done after the bud reaches a certain level of dryness usually by putting in jars and opening for a little bit each day until it reaches the peak of perfection ( This is a very basic definition because everybody has differing opinions on the topic of drying and curing). Hope this helps my friend.

Curing is the stage after drying where the chlorophyll and other substances are depleted...proper curing helps with high & taste. I'm no expert, but this is what I think is best...

Hang the branches upside down until the stems snap (usually 3 days) then trim the buds up, cut them off the branch, and put them in brown bags. I keep them in there for like 2 more days or until the wight stabilizes using a scale. Then, its into jars for curing. I open them every day for a little while for at least a week or so...
