Wow that sucks lucky I never got nabbed (yet) and I know what you mean I usally start some around March indoor then put them out in April and pray it's frost free then after harvest it's back indoors

Yea and they wouldn't resend or refund my order. Store credit only.

I do the same but leave them in pots and bring them in at night til I know there's no frost. I have a makeshift greenhouse but once it goes below 30s it can't hold the heat.

I would love to have a green house instead I grow in two separate parts of the state across multiple locations never grouped and 2 hours apart I'm not really sure if are state does fly overs or if more specifically nepa and cenpa so I keep them spread

I dunno. I made mine out of PVC, painters plastic and gallon jugs to hold heat.

Don't blame you there. To me, if they want to bust me over a couple of pot plants that grow out of the ground because god put them here...

I wish is was that easy even tho one of my addresses is rural I still have very nosey neighbors and a state park behind me and unfortunately the cops around here don't feel the same they feel well its easier to bust the peaceful guy but snort coke of the back of the cop car at under age parties

Everyone within 45 mins from that dept knows that story and seen the photos so it appears so I get very conflicting info from what I get it passed but no law has been made and it is also super restrictive edibles only terminally ill only and cant grow your own was the last bill I read

That sucks. WTF was the point in writing it up then haha. Our whole state gov is corrupt. Worse than the feds maybe.

I looked into opening a dispensary. $50k licensing fee steered me away.

No you read it wrong 50k is the application fee xD plus annual lincese fee plus deliveries lincese if you wish to offer that and grow your own? Add another 100k application fee then annual lincese fee oh and you can get denied and it's non refundable I have been discussing it all with my attorney for over a year now but I'm he'll bent

Oh shit. I read a piece of legislature (as if there haven't been enough thrown around) where it said 50k for the initial licensing fee and 5k every year after. They said only 63 licenses would be given etc.

Hell, you'll be 200k in the hold before you can even buy a building for a dispensary. That's nuts.

Now they're trying to crack down on guns too. This whole "fuck freedom" from the political parties is getting out of control.

The wife and I are moving off grid in the spring to try and escape all this bullshit. No more working, no more money (except property tax), and no more ridiculous laws.

All the tax money made on it would probably go to the fed anyway. Just like this gas tax to fix the roads... Or the casinos to reduce taxes... Scam after scam. So if it is approved, only the corporate conglomerates can afford to open a dispensary anyway. Money stays in their hands and the average guy gets fucked again.

Its nothing but a matter of time, once big business gets their claws into it there wont be any issues. Let wall street crack that nut. I guess there just not any reason to not grow it yourself imo. I personally think that there will be So much competition in the future that weed will cost the pack of cigs, and 69 percent of the cost will be tax. Wait till phillip morris decides that america no longer smokes cigs but we all smoke weed. how long till every convenience store in america has replaced packs of cigs for packs of spliffs? 200k for the licensing means that Walmart will open a Weed World. Your low price weed superstore! Then nobody will grow it except the weird hobbyist hippie growers.

Thats my plan. 6 acres of riverfront property. Hydro power, Yurt to live in, orchard, pigs to feed of the orchard, garden, and the legal amount of plants. Im 32, ill have the property when im 38. Retired by 45. Fuck the coporate america, im out. Sell the pigs for property tax.

You're probably right. I will still grow. Walmart is known for gmo and Chinese pesticides. Fuck that lol.

Hell, if they legalized it then they would lose billions in arrests and correctional "rehabilitation".

I'm aiming for 3-5 acres. I'm going with a Venturi VAWT (wind turbine) for power. 48V battery bank with a bicycle generator just in case. Building it all myself.

Shipping containers buried to live in. I have rabbits, chickens, ducks, and pigs. That's why I grow organic haha. Gonna get a couple horses when we get the property. Good for field work and no registration or insurance on a fucking buggy haha.

Well I can't argue there. I wish there was a revolution. They have us torn between a race war, religious jihads, and economic instability. We'll end up fighting each other before them, in my opinion.
