oil filled electric rad type heater plus a small fan blowing thru it & yer golden put a thermostat on the lead & temp control done cheap & dependable

Yes, I admitted that I wasn't an expert. You're mistaken. I don't find it difficult at all to acknowledge expertise. I came to RIU drawn by the expertise of Supra and others. Are you suggesting that you are an expert? Youre not. Your communication skills portray you as a vile attention whore. Concerning technical expertise, you supported your claim with a wiki citation, describing "wiki as best" Are you hurt that I immediately characterized your "wiki" knowledge as disposable?

At RIU youve made a practice of being a sanctimonious contrarian and bitch like instigator of petty feuds. PhotonFUD has been successful at getting one great thread in this section closed thanks to lazy and ignorant admin which choose not to ban a trolling trouble maker but instead just close a huge thread that had shared information on a large scale for years. This is an informative thread and probably a new target to bate folks in and get it locked too...

Did not. It was the vendor's cult following that got it closed down. I just asked some simple questions regarding safety and product certification. After that I was labelled one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse.

My apologies for participating in that thread. I really don't understand the problem as the vendor didn't really produce anything, in either his purported 'grows' or lighting products, that couldn't be had far better and less costly elsewhere.

What does respect have to do with beneficial information? Either it is good or it isn't. And there is no way better to get it scrutinized than to bring attention to it.

You guys can do better than that. Whether it is your growing or figuring out lighting. There will always be improvements in technology and those who will lead the way in contravention of the naysayers traditional methods.

Sorry, but in my opinion that vendor's purported results were not that good at all. But everyone has to make their own determination and I was very clear on that many times though several of my posts.

Aside from that, the vendor seemed quite abrasive to others exploring new ideas that didn't align with his current doctrine. Suppressing open discussion of thoughts and ideas isn't good for any hobby.

Plus I don't see why the closing of a thread is such a big deal. Does one get a trophy or some reward for it?

You did far more than "ask some simple questions". You overly implied that the op of a great thread (and source of knowledge and experience for many) was a liar and a thief selling dangerous counterfeit items, then tried to hit everyone with bullshit scare tactics like "you really wanna burn your house down" and other completely useless scare tactics about the safety of the children.
