Truth is that most nutrient companies feeding charts have people over feeding. They do it to sell more product and also to sell a flushing agent.
Seriously. Spend a while looking at google searches about flushing cannabis.

U could be right old school. I'm sure I've read many articles about flushing and the science behind it. I mean I done cycles where I didn't flush but to me I can tell a huge difference since I started to flush

Why? There are over 60 cannabinoids. Its about how all of them work together. Even terpenes have an effect on the buzz.
Most of these new designer high thc strains lack something. The buzz is lacking.
Not saying they are all bad. Just saying you don't know how cannabis works.

Being happy with your final product is what matters. Do I have a perfect system? Nope, far from it. I really enjoy experimenting with new products & techniques -- but it doesn't always end well.
Keeping an open mind is key. Defending the way you do something to protect your ego is counterproductive.
There are people here who grow better herb than you, and there are people who grow worse.

I've found that the smoothest herb is golden or light brown. But that's just an opinion.
If it scrambles my eggs & doesn't make me cough, I'm happy.

Lol you don't even make since old head. THC has the most psychoactive property, the higher the THC the more POTENT the pot. There no in between. The other cannabinoids have minute effects on the the brain, psychoactive wise. Most strains are hybrid and are a mixture of highs and lows but the rating of THC tells you the potency. You could be right that old dusty seed filled grass from the 70s with 1% THC will get you higher than let's gg4 with 22%. Stupid man!

Has anyone defined the term "flushing"?
My plants get only water the last week, but I don't consider that flushing. To me flushing means using an additive like citric acid or yucca in an effort to dissolve residual salts in the growing medium.
Also, I don't recall anyone saying flushing is particularly harmful -- just unnecessary.

If we all spent as much time trying to combine each others knowledge and techniques and develop further as we did bickering back and forth because someone can't handle constructive criticism or whatever and turning everything into a pissing contest, there would be significantly less pages full of pointless and useless exchanges of insults and a higher percentage of useful/beneficial knowledge in every thread, cutting down on time wasted... We're a community all in pursuit of the same general ideas/objectives.

You have no idea what you are talking about. All those cannabinoids have a role and synergies. Even the terpenes (smell) can effect buzz.
That's why the synthetic pure thc pills are junk.
