The Full Proof Perpetual System

I've now tried a lot of systems and a lot of techniques for growing and moreso growing perpetually. I've also encountered a lot of problems along the way and have developed my own perpetual system that I consider to be about as simple and efficient as it gets.

I'm not going to provide you with nutrient mixes since that is something everyone seems to have different results with but I will say this.... Get a digital TDS meter and a digital PH meter. Keep your PPM's under 1,000 and your PH at a solid 6.0 and you should be just fine. If you get leaf burn lower your PPM's, if you don't get any leaf burn at all stick with it or tunr up the PPM's until you see a touch of leaf burn and you know when to stop. If your leaves start turning strange colors check your PH levels before you go to the sick plant threads. Often times certain PH levels will lock out certain nutrients and if your PH is a solid 6.0 you should not have any lockout.

Cuttings and Seedlings:

Materials: Rapid Rooter 50 CT Tray, Humidity dome, rootech cloning gel, Vita grow anti wilt, fresh cuttings, and rootech cloning gel.

Instructions: Soak rapid rooters in water (tap water works just fine for me). Squeeze out excess water from rapid rooters, you want them damp not drenched. Dip your cuttings leaf side into anti wilt. Dip your cuttings stem side into cloning gel. Insert cutting into rapid rooter. Place rapid rooter into tray. Every 3-4 days spray a light mist of water directly onto the upper inside of the humidity dome and add 1 oz of water to the bottom of the tray.

Notes: If the stem of the cutting is to flimsy to put into the rapid rooter you can insert a small stick into the rapid rooter to widen or deepn the opening in order to get the cutting in tot he rapid rooter without damaging the cutting.

To be continued... With Pictures.
