Its my second i work under 25 day nd 16night my Amneez H the leaves are green

can you explain why the high temps 29c are better? I though the high temps are necessary with C02.

personal i always have a temp around 25c day max and 16c night.
Thats more or less standard temps for his but hid heats the leaves and plant thru infra red. To reach the same "plant temp" with led you need to add a couple of degrees.
If you get any purpling or general light stress first thing to try is a bit more heat. It will also support higher metabolism. My suggestion is to try 26-27 and see how you go

Maybe i'll start to monitor for the next growth since i change to geek halfway on flower,

I personally curious on the high temps as im not using co2 and i think the leaves become crispy faster at high temps.

I'll experiment on the grow i guess. Thx hun

Thanks, I’ll will try higher temps with these LED. I switched from Dimlux to LED so i was worried about the summer season when its getting hot and thinking about using a C02 tank.

In my previous LED cycle i had 2 tents separated with different temps first tent/26D/16N sec tent/ 22/17N

exact same setup / clones etc only the results were different: the first 900gr nd sec 810gr dry.
I’dont know if the results are good or bad.

do you think this happened because of the diff temps?

+50g per square foot (assuming you're in 4x4s) is always good results.
Yes, to the best of my understanding, higher temps would probably be the reason for more yield.
I think when you go from hid to led you end up switching fighting the heat for fighting the cold: substitute a higher limit on temps for a lower limit.

yes 4x4 tent SOG (no veg)

yeah fighting with heat is history now :D Big Plus with led.

from now on i will try higher temps thanks for advice.

That's the point I'm making, it takes a bit of new mind frame to understand that now it's really a fight against cold. I know it's easier in tent to manage against cold in a tent (we have a bit of a hard time in open space). If you find it hard to reach the new "floor" consistently:

Lower extraction can make a lot of difference, or extracting from the bottom and pushing air in on top.

There is a prevailing consensus that 75 °F is the ideal ambient temperature to grow Cannabis under HPS lighting without CO2 supplementation. This experimental result indicates that an 84 °F ambient air temperature is required to achieve the same optimal leaf surface temperatures when using plant-optimized LED lighting-- and that a 75 °F ambient air temperature with LED lighting would not achieve optimal leaf surface temperatures, slowing metabolic rates and leaf and flower production.

My leaves turned brown and crispy.. and the buds starts bleaching. Now running at 50%brightness to slow it down... Any1 can advice?

Is it because i change the light halfway or is it because too close lol

I really don’t have any problems with the lights at 100% all the leaves are healthy green from bottom to top at 12inch from top canopy.

what kind of strain do you have ?
and what about the soil nd nutrition are u using?
ph/Ec?
week of bloom?

or other lights too?

OSBuds:
For flower I am running two LED fixtures each w/ Cree COB's & OSRAM SMD Secondary Array & Mean Well drivers.

@OSBuds @Rocket Soul

I’m really curious about your results with the geeks.

are you guys only using the geeks lights atm or other lights too?

i need some comparing:weed:

Happy 420 !!
i am using two geek beast pros on 3 plants.i am using some diy cxb3590 3500k on other plants.
i am running some more plants on budget led 3 board lights.
the added spectrums really do make a difference.
i run 1 light per plant with the qb style budget led lights @ 350 watts per light per plant. they are series 2 red spec lights in 3k
i run 1 light per plant with the cxb3590 lights, currently configured with 8 cxb3590s running around 320 watts as per kilawat meter.there is no additional spectrums on these lights.i have been using them for about 4 or 5 years.
the geek beast pros are in front of 3 plants.
i grow vertical.
all work well. the newest generation lights with added spectrum do make a difference in finishing time and more colors.
my biggest complaint with the geek beast pro is the driver is not actually mounted securely to the frame but only rests on it. i had to do some mods to hold it in place with the light being hung vertical.
any reputable light and even shitty ones will grow weed.
there are many more variables that will affect how your plants grow versus which light you buy.
if your root system is not strong enough for massive amounts of light, you will have many problems. i believe many peoples problems running leds are due to the roots not being good enough to be running the high levels of light.
good luck!
