I could be wrong, and I'd wait for others opinions, but it looks like a form of mold/mildew. You might need to run some hydrogen peroxide through the system.
Check the leaves and make sure there is no powdery mildew forming, similar to the picture below. Make sure you check under the leaves as well.
I couldn't really read it, but does the meter say 99% humidity?
