This is what I've been saying from the start. If you are wanting to get a leg up on the GOP, I would be wishing for 8 years of 45 and his crazy inept appointments. He will come and go, but the GOP will never be the same. The longer he is in office, the worse that party will be hurt.
And for God's sake, if the House does change sides after the mid terms, I hope the Democrats have the good sense not to impeach him. Remember that Clinton's numbers didn't go through the roof until he was impeached. Let him hoist himself with his own petard.
