The great thermite debate.

We all of us know that when it comes to the 9/11 conspiracies most all people are extremely on one side or the other. I try to be neutral but after looking into everything my gut tells me there is too much that has gone unanswered and basically ignored by the government.

Here's an interesting video on the possibility of using thermite for demolition.

I was like to hope that government had nothing to do with this but the world isn't pretty and if one day truth be told almost 3,000 American died do to governmental actions then this world is going to be rocked.

Beauty of this country is that it's a free world. Did you ever even ask yourself if it was possible? I didn't post an Alex Jones video, I posted a video a regular guy made where he proved thermate (a lower grade of thermite) can be harnessed in small amounts and used to cut bolts/steel. FACT.

That's all I'm saying.

I did, the usual ranting is followed by an AJ video, I won't degrae myself there, I am simply saying it is very possible for a thermite based mix to be controlled enough to cut through steel/bolts. That's all, everything else is simply conjecture.

Of course it weakened the structure, I never said it didn't and I don't believe much in either direction.
I'm not walking about marching with signs in my hands and I am very somber with the loss of so many lives.

My point is simple. Thermitic material can be harnessed to give the same results as a cutting torch.

I do believe the tower collapsed on itself, with so much weight overhead and the outer/inner structure design it's very plausible.

If I had said "OMGZ, ITS PROOF!" blah blah blah then you can come on like an Tuscan warrior.

i don't know how that other building that wasn't even hit just collapsed so beautifully...

it wasn't demolition like i've seen it. i've seen 2 demolitions in my life and those mo'fos are LOUD. BOOOM BOOOM BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM... there's no way to not hear the boom when a building is torn down... even from the 'safe zone' several hundred meters away...

building 7 was hit by a falling skyscraper

i guess it's that one... but it wasn't damaged enough to fall the way it did in my opinion... not an expert though...

i think the trick shot of bouncing an airliner into skyscraper and knocking down 7 would probably be pretty hard to replicate.

probably not a tenth as hard as the above with thermite and gov and such involved tho...

but i guess thats the glory of hindsight eh?

WTC 7 is the real mystery. It started falling in one corner and then moments later the entire building collapsed. It wasn't anywhere near as tall as WTC1 or WTC2 and was only struck by fragments of the falling towers.

I think something is awry there, mainly being as major investment firms we're being investigated and that building was where all the files (evidence) would've been.

Did you watch the video in the OP? Imagine that "box cutter" on every single column, no loud explosives but it would do that job right?

Of course they aren't small by any measure, I can't understand a partial collapse of the affected area. But how does the entire building collapse when most of it was un affected by the Twin Towers falling?

While I doubt something else brought the buildings down I do think certain members of the Bush team knew it was coming, did nothing to prevent it and probably hoped it would happen. The type of people that would lie in order to invade a country would have no problem with a few thousand American deaths in order to achieve their objective.

That post is self defeating. There are extremists out there but a lot of Americans aren't sure whether the government told the complete truth, and you'll directly take that to we are all conspiracy theorists with an extreme agenda.

And that video you posted was a informative rebuttal but he makes his argument on the case of someone just setting off tons and tons of thermitic material. IF anyone was trying to take down a building as such they wouldn't just use uncontrolled thermite.

Their were polls where something like 15% of people where sure government had a role, 28% weren't sure and 45% believed it was Al Queda. Okay so that is ALOT of people who are suspicious, those are not just some cultist organization hiding in bunkers waiting for 2012.

I'm undecided on this so poke fun at the issue all you want, it's human to question authority.

With that said, being as that video series is 15 fucking parts I'm still working through it.
