I also wanted to note before I forget . I did not quit the super soil because it wasnt performing . It actually did exceptionly (cant spell) well ,and all I gave it was water nothing else , very low maint. . It's just not the route I want to go right now but will revisit it .

I think a good combo would be this . Supersoil in veg only up to a #1 pot . Transplant 2-3 weeks b4 flowering to 5g pot and finish veg with Jacks and begin MIR . In flowering continue Jacks and employ MIR through to the end of the show:) What u guys think ? Guess we will see with Flo , she just come off the supersoil and has a new home in a 5g pot , stay tuned :hump:

So back to this feeding deal . I started using Jacks Classic , but it's short on micronutes . I have Liquid Karma , I think these two in conjunction will complete any micronutes and then some . Also starting Pro Tek along with those two . Seems added silicon does all kinds of good things for your plants from sturdiness to bug resistance.

I will just not now be using Dyna Gro nutes , as it is a complete feed . Some who use Jacks rotate with DynaGro to supplement . I just want to see what Jacks alone does with LK to fill in the micro gap .

(edit) Liquid Karma has no micronutes or secondarys.

Basically I use dyna alone and occasionally I use the classic for the urea N as it greens better than nitrate... but the nitrate seems to promote more luscious growth but not as pretty a green ...so I use the jacks to green the luscious growth of th nitrates..but I predominantly use dynagro protekt, foliage pro, mag pro and while I have bloom as well I mostly use a combo of foliage pro and mag pro mixed to create the correct ratio for flowering...I find the added sulfur from the mag pro to help in flowering big time....love jacks too dont get me wrong but dyna is da bomb and so simple as well

Dont know anything bout karma but sounds plausible....mostly all that is missing from jacks is cal mag nickel cobalt and silica...and I LOVE SILICA....add azomite to my soil mix and use protekt

Cool I always wandered what the difference was between the 2 types of N . My Age Old nutes has more nitrate in it , so I can just rotate with it and continue the Liquid Karma . I learned somthing there you had me out in the garage checking all my labels lol .+rep buddy

(edit) well if I could =rep you

Topping and Cloning Time !

Twas time to top Plush Berry and CheeseQuake . I'm following UB's method for 4 main colas to a T . I let them both grow out to 6 true nodes and cut above the 2nd node . I am cloning the tops to determine sex .After they root they will go straight to 12/12 to show sex.

Also while I'm at it I will take cuttings off of Flo and ISS. I've only cloned once before with success, so wish me luck . I don't need the extra clones but I do need the practice plus some strains clone easier than others and we will see with these 4 different strains . I using a seedling flat filled with perlite and expandable peat pods . I just germed some seeds in straight Happy Frog and it just stayed too wet for me so the peat pods will be better for this .My last clones I rooted in peat pods as well so . My cloning water is tap with Liquid Karma PHed to 6.5 roughly . I'm using Clonex rooting gel . Here's the pics

Well folks I have dicovered I'm sulpur deficiant .Nothing I use has sulpur in it . It's gotten worse in the soiless medium . I'm getting yellowing from the bottom up and dry crispy leafs with rust spots on the top of them.
Epsom salts is the quick fix for this ? I'm going to have to go ahead and get Dyno-Gro to rotate with Jacks to take care of this . So no Jacks only for me .

Nah. But from the plans I've seen, if you have that base of wet perlite, it provides constant humidity for quite a while. No spraying on the shrooms and all.

Dynagro mag pro for mag and sulfur....but Jack's does have sulfur it just isnt listed...I think it is a cal-mag issue from your description but may be you are correct

The description sounds similar to my mag def issue I had, but mine was caused by the chloramine in my city tap water locking out the mag. I am soilless also, using full line of GO nutes. I switched to RO water and have been dosing all my affected plants with epsom.
