The gym

I tried to work out in the gym but quickly lost interest in it. It was difficult for me to force myself to constantly go to the gym before or after work. And then I decided to put a treadmill somewhere in my house. So that I see her often. I bought a reebok zr8 treadmill and put it in my bedroom. Now I wake up in the morning and even if I want to lie in bed a little more, I see a treadmill, get up and do it. Work out in the morning are the best and on your own treadmill you can do it even in your pajamas. I've only been doing it for half a year and I now have a toned and slim body.

I would advise you to work out with a trainer for a few workouts so that he shows you the basic exercises that you need to perform. In general, there are no separate exercises for weight loss or a set of muscles. It's all about repetitions. If you do a large number of repetitions, you lose more calories and lose weight accordingly. To begin with, just do cardio loads. I'm talking about the treadmill and so on. When I first entered the gym, I wanted to lose weight as quickly as possible, and I even bought peptides for weight loss on this site -- https://paradigmpeptides.com/product-category/peptides/. By the way, they were harmless and really helped me.

So I want to loose weight and I’ve never really wanted to go to a gym but I might feel more confident if I go with my friend who’s already invited me before. What kind of exercises should I do if I just want to loose fat? I have anxiety about not knowing how to use the machinery.

Do the youtube stuff first, look up HIIT or stuff that pamela reif is posting. those are great for a starter, make sure you read on nutrition, log your progress, log what you are eating (myfitnesspal is the best app for that!) and get good supplements (good quality protein powders, good preworkout, vitamins etc.) eat more vegtables (brokoli, califlower, nuts). Sign up for a fitness program such as Insanity, P90x, etc.(beachbody.com has many great programs) and follow that program for each day. Good luck
