It isnt so much collusion as it puppetry.
Orange Hitler is clownshoes stupid and so it has been easy for the Russians to use him... like toilet paper.

First the New Jersey Italian mafia used him to launder money until they realized the was too stupid to take any more risks with.

Then the Russian mafia used him to launder money.

Then the various Russian levels of government have used him and his stupidity to undermine a US election and demonstrate how far Putin can reach. Never in their dreams did they expect him to win.

All of this will come to light in the coming months and years.

But for those who follow world events and organized crime (often connected on various levels) none of this is news. In fact, the mafia connections are old old news.
