They seem ready to bend over backwards to help, which is great. I'm only going on what contact I've has with them on this thread, but that's a good indication as far as I'm concerned.

They're amazing on the site I'd card issues n no credit n he said if I call the shop he'd assist n I said I'd no credit so he rang me n problem was solved every q I had was answeredwithin a few hours! N only a tenner postage on all the soil n shit I'd bought!

It makes such a difference when people actually put a bit of effort in. I've been on the phone to car insurance companies today. I don't think I need to elaborate much for you to work out what sort of experience that was.
