right lads!
the shrooms have popped up, theryre slowly making their appearance. get out there now with your bags n boxes and get high!!
got 150 thismorning. went up to check and was supprised with a few shrooms, not millions but enough, still a few fakes lyin around, il try update the grow journal today.
GET PICKIN!!

Didn't think there would be so many Irish lads on here! I'm growing in a greenhouse in my gaf in Dublin, first time growing and I didn't have much expectations but
they've shot up! Planted from seed in may and now theyre over 6 foot! hittin the roof had to trim them! Anyone else growing outdoors in Ireland who could tell
me what time of year I can expect to see some bud action? Go raibh maith agat.

A-sync with the hairs on the preflowers gettin pretty long, by september(not very far away) youl be budding nicely, its te weather around october that matters so much to us irish growers, you want decent buds not lots of buds that didnt get a change at peak flower, thinking about getting a light for the greenhouse,already have the heater so y not!
also what strains? start a grow journal too theyre so worth it, very good to look back on.

Wel boy hows trix. Ya those girls of mine are in 10 litre pots from seed they are at about 3 and a half foot tall. Thats about as high as i can go with them but any how thanks for the welcome. You got any pics of your girls.

Yeah well the pre flowers have started coming up, nice big white hairs at the nodes, this mean i can expect buds soon??! This is all new to me.

oh and I'm not actualy sure what strain it is. If I'd known growing would have actually worked I would have bought seeds so I knew the strain. But
I just got these seeds as a freebie off a dealer, and the third plant is just a seed out of a great bag of weed I got and just saved the seed cus it was such a good smoke.
Wish I knew the strain tho.

they look great! fair fucks man uv got the gift... if you dont have buds in a month id b worried, the buds will get big n smelly, very smelly, loads of untouched crystals will swell and shine.
be carefull cos alot of strains dont do well with our quickending summer, worst case scenario your buds finnish fluffy rather than a hard nug, it will still get you more whacked than most weed uv ever had as long as u keep it away from plastic baggies and dry it a good bit.its a weed afterall!

Wow sounds good, I'll be happy if I get any buds! Is it just me or were you also really skeptical on your first grow? as if its almost too good to be true??! Keep thinking its not gona work!
Yeh I spent a lot of time lookin after them. But then went away inter-railing for a month and I'm lucky enough to have sound parents who were willing
to water and feed them when I was away!!! So whats your method for drying/curing etc?

iv been growin for a few years now, i didnt smoke my 1st 3 harvests,experimental stuff, cos i didnt smoke at the time!(it got smoked dont worry) its gotten easier since. i dry in a cubbard with a small light on for some heat for a few weeks then when its dry enough to smoke a pure j with i put in glass n forget about it until its crispy, ye know the crunch ye get walkin over fallen autumn leavs? thats what i want my buds like when i smoke em, tastes alot better, grinds really well, sorta hav 2 get used to how it burns cos its very dry but its the best. since u have the advantege of curring the weed cos its ur homegrown DO IT!u wont be dissappointed

when you say glass do you mean like a jar? for curing? Yeah this was also just an experiment for me, I don't smoke very often but jus wanted to see if it was possible to grow! What do you do with all the rest of the plant? jus throw it out?
glass all the way, smoke glass pipes n bongs too, way nicer than plastic.when its cured i keep it in lunchboxes, baggies ruin weed-i wouldnt riun a plant by squashing all the buds between two sheets of plastic,but thats me.
i smoke the leafs sometimes cos i dont do tobacco, usually i make ico-o-lator, its a concentrated hash, dont get loads but use the whole plant sure. ye need special hash bags, its all online google or youtube will help ye out, i could also lend u the bags if u want hash?
wouldnt advise throwing out ganj for security reasons, get a composter or somthin
anybody have a good way of gettin rid of the unsmokeable evidence?

Ye I like the idea of makin hash, I saw those bags you're talking about on the net. They look great, that would be brilliant if I could borrow them. It won't be for a while of course but I'll defo give u a shout about it closer to the time. Looking at my pics, what kind of size yield would you say I'm looking at? I know it's obviously hard to say but I really don't have a clue. What would be the absolute minimum you'd expect? I smoked ice o lator in Amsterdam this summer, crazy stuff, love to make some.

yeah, i grew that, tis one of the tops of a powerplant topperd 8 ways under a 400, it was lovely.yield- anythin from 25grams to 2 1/2 ounces off irish outdoor, really depends on loads of factors though, mainly how much direct sunlight it gets per day. wont b on here for a good while so goodluck with ur shit!
