Been to Amsterdam recently? The stuff we are getting sent over here ( which is from Amsterdam) is better than the stuff in the coffee shops!!
its not coming from amsterdam. But its the lie of it coming from amsterdam that im interested about, im wondering if the news headlines about ireland having stronger weed here would kill that amsterdam nonsense off.
just asking again, but do folks still see seeded stuff about? if not when was the last time people saw it?

i wouldnt say theres much being imported these days, always hear of grow houses, why pay for it in another country and risk smuggling it when you can just grow it here? Im changing my setup to a 250w hps and building it into a nice box and sort out proper ventalation. Using a dual-spectrum bulb and sticking with the autoflowers for now. Still have a good few seeds left. Hopefully see better results anyway!

The reason is money my friend. Boxes in the dam are going for 4-6k generally speaking. You get one of those badboys over here it 12k with one transaction. Have you seen the quality of weed that is produced in so called commercial grows over here? It's absolute shite!! Yes some people can grow a few nice plants, but that's all it is, a few nice plants that they smoke themselves or with friends. Give it a few years and I'm sure we will be producing grade A on a commercial scale but I ain't seen it yet.
I'd say about 90% of the high grade is imported. I'm guessing the people who are saying that it not from Amsterdam o imported have probably never seen a few of these high grades boxes?! It's fairly obvious they have been imported
Anyway, it doesn't really matter what you guys believe, I just think it's so funny when people come out with these statments but can't back it up in the slightest.

i gt sum amenisia haze about 3 weeks ago that they were saying was straight out the dam, most of the dealers that are selling 50 bags wouldnt have a clue were its coming from my opinion. my last grow was 6 months ago moved house and my girlfriend didnt want me growing here, 6 months of annoying her she as agreed

I completely agree... I know of 4 people with in 20 miles of where i live who grow top top class high grade weed... And yes ive been the Holland 15 times and yes a lot of the weed there is high grade but the stuff thats grown here by people who love what they do ( And most importantly Cure propperly) is just as good if not better....

Just for fun............. Since theres 32000 square miles in ireland... @ 1 person growing per 5 square miles = 6400 people growing weed and if say 20 per cent were clued in growing really good weed would be 1200 people.... Say they're growing with 400 watts hps getting close to 300 grams per 2 month grow x 6 = 1800 grams per year x 1200 people = 2160000 grams or 2160 kilo's or 617142 x 50 quid 3.5 gram bags of high grade weed.... ( 30,857,143 Euros)

I know there's lots of people that can grow nice weed BUT how many are doing it on a commercial scale? I dont think that many, Ive seen and smoked lots of home grown over here and the highest quality is always from the little guy who is growing with a single 600 or something.
Generally when you are buying a decent amount of high grade like the amnesia and lemons are getting imported in.
Saying that it's changing every day. I'm constantly hearing of new people setting up grows. (the ones that won't last with their big mouths) I'd say within the next few years Ireland will be flooded with hopefully half decent high grade.Then the prices will drop to a fair price or everyone, grower and buyer.

Ok the number thing abovee was just me having a rant... but on an island with 5 million people.... those numbers arnt that rediculas.... And for the last 6 years Ive been able to buy premo weed in small amounts for between 7 and 12 euro's a gram and i live in one of the smaller less cool counties...those figures are obviously a guestimate and could be wildly off but my point was there's loads of good weed around and are far as things go i dont think that much is imported.... for a start most of the stuff that would be imported would be throgh the Uk.... with 70 million people lets say the stuff they "give" us aint gonna be any use anyway..... ....

im in my mid 20's and only smoking a year, only regularily smoking the past few months so by no means an expert, and because there is no-one actually coming up with solid figures because there is no real way to measure it, any ideas or comments on it are purely speculation based on what you hear from others and what you feel in your gut as being true. Im sure there is still a lot being imported but based on my recent experiences, the majority of the weed i see/am offered; i suspect as being home-grown or commercial grows, whatever name you want to put on it. If i need to buy weed i try get an oz because i do smoke quite regularily and im fairly sure the stuff ive been getting recently is from a grow house or something along those lines. Also chris, i like your maths! Simple yet effective way of getting us out of recession within months! Will never happen though, not in our lifetime anyway so iamaaror, you better go to bed so you can be up in time for your 9-5!
