I know man i know the led is outta there until i see if the lime works, only places around here had builders lime but no garden lime or dolomite lime so gonna have to wait another day or two

i know the feeling, when you would like to get it done today but through no fault of your own you have to wait ... killer..
 
im still alive guys and will be checking in now and again, this account belongs to a friend of mine that ive set up growing. now hes a novice but im sure he`ll pick it up quick enough. im sure he`ll be on here chatting to you guys later. for now im gonna sign off and ill be checking back on my account (luciferateme).

Just downloaded and watch red dwarf the new 4 episodes, episode 3 was class lol they time traveled back in time and met jesus lol

making a big sunday dinner for the family tomorow, roast beef all the trimmings 13 people i believe so ill be busy tomorrow

red dwarf is cool, the jesus one was good.. "bags get your bags handles that are actually attached"... next ones good too, didn`tt know you were into the smeg heads aswell kang but then again should have guessed hahahahaahahaha

question .... how do you cook your roast, do you like to bone and roll it maybe marrinette overnight in some red wine and onions...

or do you prefer to season it in the morning?
 
I just put it in a roasting tray in the morning with lots of onoins carrots and thyme and rosemary little water and some wine and cover well with tin foil, the key to good tender beef is to take it out and rest it for about 3 hours before cutting into it, wrap it well in tin foil and it will stay warm, i then mash the veg and herb in the roasting tray and add more wine and beef stock and mustard powder salt pepper and stimmer and strain it and that the best gravy, no bisto shit for me!

problem is out of the 13 only 3 like there meat rare like me and the rest would run out the door if they saw blood so i gotta over cook the beef which is a savage crime against meat! i can eat steak pure raw aslong as its not cold and warmed through
 
on meat no it has to have been cooked clear through, with the juice running clear.... love a bit of cooking myself, and seeing as i been doing it since i became unemployed i`ve become quite handy with the oven...;)
