I'll have a look on TPB,there's usually a lot of the Nat Geo,History channel stuff etc on it.
With my internet connection I'm lucky sometimes that I can even open an email and have to wait ages to watch 5 minute clips on youtube so Netflix would just be useless to me.

The loss of life on all sides probably won't compare but basically it's guerrilla warfare and could drag on for years.

If you have netflix there is a documentary called surviving the cut which has several episodes about army rangers, air force pararescue (my guys in the pic) marine force recon, combat divers, air force combat divers, snipers, and eod (explosive ordinance disposal) the guys on the movie the hurt locker they are all good to watch. i wish they would make one of the navy seals, delta force, seal team six, and the SAS.
they shown it on discovery here, good show, and almost unreal hard tests they have to go through, also have an s.a.s one they show, different techniques but all savage stuff....

i`m a bit shit on modern warfare, but i soak up the ww1 and 2 stuff, engrossed if you will... i do like the new machinery tho, what was the chopper they used to get bin laden, some kind of stripped down blackhawk or some new type i heard rumors they were prototypes or something like that...

you had a vcr..!!! hahahahaha...

dude i remember when you had to hire out your tv, and you prob won`t beleive this but there was even tv`s that had a time slot on the side, you would pop in a 50p and get 4hours of tv, then it would cut off, much like a electric meter in a student flat...

didn`t take long for us to figure out how to pop it open tho, and get a week from the one 50p hahaaha...

I remember those meters ae,we didn't have one but paid something like £4 a week to rent a TV and VCR.
Amazing to think that back in the 80's most families couldn't afford to buy them outright.

I found an electricity bill belonging to my folks from last Summer and it almost 800euro,the old man had infrared lights on in the shed for some small chicks,he didn't realise they were of high wattage and had them running day and night,it didn't raise any red flags and he won't be using them again in an hurry:)
