Thank christ that heatwave is over! My poor girls couldn't have handled anymore lol
Got some new strains in the mother tent, gonna see if I can find a keeper. Triple cheese, peyote cookies, and coal miners kiss. Along with some tangerine dream, gonna run a full tent of that, I've twigged the only way I'll get that full tangerine flavour is if I flower her in the autumn/early spring when I can keep the temperature downs.

Then veg has some tangerine and ar, they're gonna be a bitch to wrestle under a scrog!

And lastly a tent full of ar, gotta say it's a resilient strain, they've been through nute burn and severe drought and are still doing nicely.

Got myself some easy 2 go watering kits, just working on the reservoirs. Gotta get em perfect or I risk flooding the attic

That cmk will give you full colour regardless of temp once you find a purple one buddy. She gets way stickier in the cool temps though. That's what I have found

Howayis, I haven’t looked in on the forum for a few months now, been mad busy with the childer (I love them to bits but Christ I can’t wait for school to start up again!).
I was wondering if anyone has experience drying in a shed? My missus made me move the 120 x 60 x 60 drying tent out to the shed. I have it set up with a thermostatic heater, air circulation fan and a carbon filter hooked up to an exhaust fan.
My issue is that the humidity is very high, it got up to 79 the other day, lowest seems to be about 60. I’ve got a Big Bud auto in there now that’s about to finish its 2 days of darkness before I’ll chop it and hang it up whole. The last plant I had in there I put in some of those dehumidifying pouch things where the balls suck up the water and leave it at the bottom of the bag but they didn’t do much so I put in my mini dehumidifier, only problem there was it dried the plant out too quickly. It was able to be rehydrated in the jar with Boveda sachets and still tastes nice but I’d rather be able to do a proper dry but am conscious of bud rot with the high humidity. Also, I’m going away camping in two weeks and by then my other Big Bud will be in there drying by itself and she’s gonna be a nice yielder and the last thing I want is that to be a big mouldy mess when I get back from my holiers. Anyone any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

I see the only option is to dry it to bit and wash it and make hash.that way you can still enjoy it but won't be hurting over the flower not being right. I've a decent amount of box weed and buff plants so much I get to a half a full size bin bag I'm going to dry ice shake

Cheers Fishbulb, I managed to get it down last night thankfully. I put in a bowl of bicarbonate of soda and it seems to have worked…..for now. If all else fails it’ll be hash all the way!

Loving those colours there Fishbulb!
Started flushing this Big Bud Auto this morning, she’s 11 weeks now. I started pulling some dead leaves at the front then got bored. I just finished chopping her sister the other day she was a lot less plump and I thought I was only going to get about 21 grams out of her but I ended up with 44 grams. Delighted I was, my best yield so far and this fatso is easily 40% bigger. Can’t wait to chop and weigh her!

So the girls are coming down the weekend, thought to myself "this has been a long aul flower" then I did the maths. 14 fuckin weeks! The stress of the nute burn, the heat stress, and the accidental drought, has added nearly 4 weeks to the flowering time. BUT I get to use my latest toy soon

That yoke is worth every cent. Normally a 2-3 evening job with the missus, took me 3 hours on my own.

It actually took me longer to reset the 2 tents and take cuttings lol
