The Irish Growers Thread!

looking ice chin, i have a topped magus gen that looks very similar, are u having any probs getting light down to the bottom of the grow area. i think those pots are the bollocks alright. i hate the drainage issues with the big round pots, they are a joke. especially if you have to flush for any reason. how often are u watering with those pots compared with normal pots?
i bet they take up some room, very healthy bushy plants.

3 laptops later i finally got 3 pictures up,dog ate me charger i asleep stoned beside him and yes it was pluged in dog fine but.i have 3 dutch cheese and 2 ultimate in 12 litre air pots started second week in january from seed ,showed sex and lights 12 on 12 off 5 weeks later witch leaves me 3 to 4 week in flower.....i think.got the pots from darcys in navan 8 europes each he got 7 litre ones ther aswell.watering seems normal enough 5 to 6 days.plants are topped for 8 to 10 branches and going to take up a bit of space any way lu.these pot are a must for soil growers
 
Ok guys thanks for the advice, Lu switched to 20/4 today and also started a bit of LSTing on both the Ble cheese and the Lemon amnesia. Will try and get some pics up tomorrow. The Cheese is getting really really bushy and its only nearly 27 days old...looks sweet..Oh and thanks Lu for the heads up on hte cheese looseing the first leaves, ment to say it to you a couple of days ago, i would have started freaking out if i didnt kno......lol....do all the cheese do that?
 
Hi everyone !!!! I am selling off my grow room equipment due to a baby arriving in the house soon :-)

I have a 600 watt hps system with ballast which converts to mh if needed ( 600 watt hps bulb included). This is on a yoyo system which makes it simple to move up and down
There is also a humidifier / Fan with plenty of settings and remote
Digital timer for the lights
Term / humidity indicator
Microscope for the Tric's
PH down
Canna PK 13/14
Plagron algie bloom
5 10 liter square pots
PH indicator test and prob another few bits around.

Looking for around 250 for the lot if anybody is interested im in the County limerick area and everything can be seen working before you buy ........

that's right cheer's for reminding, was on the news today how easy it is to get your own grow kit and that you get 3 0z's from a seed, what a laugh, seen last week's too
 
Well my plan is to leave themfor about 70 days( recomened time for Flower power seed to harvest) in veg, Then when the flower power is done flip it to 12/12. Do you think that is too long or ok??
 
Alrigh IT, Im using Biobizz grow at the moment, got it in Nirvana in Dublin, think it was €8 for the little bottle. The bloom is the same. Hope this helps..:)
 
helllo there lads and the occasional bure...been out the emerald isle more years than i can count....doing my 1st grow as soon as my seeds arrive...ive orderd from rhino seeds...seen tons of negative feedback but its old feedback, anyone got updated news about them??? ive orderd pineapple chunk... double berry.... and big bang 2...aprreciate a heads up if any of you have grown them and any expectations etc....and if me fecking seeds gonna show up....cheers big d.....
 
Can anyone recomend a brand of blackstrap mollasses....I tried my local holland and barrett but the didnt have a blackstrap one

it was shit!, fucking idiot made me laugh though, just does not make any sense to me even putting it in a show. grow your own or buy from the same people bringing in the ciggys! common sense to me. i know that some set up huge grow labs but thats not what they were on about, they were talking about the small time grower, also we are paying tax on our purchases. even on the seeds
JINGLE are you leaving them 70 days in veg! please tell me not so. thats a lot long to me fella, remember they double to triple in flower. you got big ceilings fella!

my blue cheese got very big after about 35 days veg, they may have been a one off but i dont think so. get your picks up .
