With your back against the door jam - raise your arms up like you are signaling a touchdown.

Now reach back behind your neck and grap the molding on each side of the door jam behind your neck. This will lock your head and neck against the jam.

Slowly roll the rest of your back from your neck down to your tailbone up against the jam. You will feel the spot where the bones are out of place and usually they will slide back in place with this method.

Thanks alot nugs your really helping me out, just need a couple of info though, always better to have knowledge over no knowledge :P
Would i have to change pot sizes or do they stay in same pot whole time? And if I am not wrong bubba gets pretty much better the longer you flower it, just like em hazes and you said to keep flowering low, it ain't a problem if I flower them longer or not?And I'm currently informing myself over SOg and read that it's advised to run with clones is it also viaable with seeds?

i don't run SOG, so i am prob not the guy to ask.....if i were to do it, i would root clones of the same strain in quart containers....when they begin to stretch, i would transplant them into 3 gal. square pots of 40% supersoil 60% base soil.....then i would flip to 12/12 right then, and two weeks in, start brewing teas to finish them out.......most bubbas and outher kushes finish around day 60-65 in soil..and SOG works best with clones because they will all be the same height.....good luck:-P

problem is that I do not have enough space for a keeper or so so I would probably have to run seeds.I think I will just give it a try and just veg them very short and then next batch try scorg....

Hey Nugs, I just wanted to say that I have been following this thread for a month or so and what you're doing is liking watching a master create works of art. You're the fucking wizard of Nugs. I'm getting ready to start my first grow ever and am a little nervous, but the amount of info I have gathered on YouTube and in this thread is priceless. I am going to do an indoor grow using the Main-Lining technique and am leaning towards using a 98x54x78 tent. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out how many plants I should run to be spatially efficient, maximize my yield, and still leave myself enough room to work. I can't remember if your 8 or 16 cola plants have a 28" canopy but I figured if I ran two plants side by side (approx 56") and 3 rows across (84") that would be about right. Given the dimensions of my space, do you think more plants in smaller pots which equals smaller canopies would be better, or less plants in bigger pots with bigger canopies? Also would you recommend I go hydro (ebb and flow) since it's my first grow or use soil and hand feed the plants? Any help is much appreciated. Thank you so much for all the kindness and generosity you continue to show the MMJ community. Peace.

nugs i`m really looking forward too trying your method, there still only babys at the min so were a little while off it just yet, and of course from seed so its takeing that bit longer (which is killing me) but hey... gotta start somewhere...

@a86 thanks for the rep brotha, and your right, growing from seed can be painful because your adding about 2 weeks of vegging time IMO. However, I have learned I would rather take some seeds from a trusted vendor over a random medical patient...Unfortunately it was the hard way.
