I don't mind his noodling, but in recent years it seems like he has run out of ideas. He just keeps doing the same basic shit and it gets boring.

I saw them back in early 04, when they toured with A Perfect Circle. Deloused material... Cedric strangling himself with the mic... moroccas...

3 is good. I've never really gotten into the heavy prog stuff though, I'm more of a jam/trippy/funky happening music kinda guy.

I like all kinda of music... except for mathcore, but only because the rapid changes start to give me a headache after awhile.

I hate it when bands play fast and technical for the sake of playing fast and technical. It gets old pretty quick.

I've never listened to anything in the mathcore genre. I hate math, so I guess it's pretty safe to say I wouldn't like it.

De-loused in the Comatorium is a good CD, The Bedlam in Goliath just ridiculous.
The Mars Volta is very good, I want to see them live.

Musically, I love listening to Omar and Cedric both. Cedric can sing in some crazy pitches. I just love any good instrumental aspects in music.

It seems to me that today's youth are missing some great music. MTV is ruining.........music.

Memphis in May is not even worth going to this year. It's all Fergie and Snoop Dog. What happened to it being all about some hippy jamin' music. Pretty soon instead of acid and shrooms, you'll be picking up some crack and meth there.

You would probably really like All That Remains. They have some heavy stuff, but some nice relaxed stuff too. Best acoustic by them is "Regret Not." But definitely download the song "The Way I Am."

I've bolded the important parts in case you're blitzed and don't wanna read much. =P
