The Neverending Grow

I know it has been a while, but time for an update!

As of last Sunday I started the lights on 12/12 to get the larger fimmed plant to go into flowering. Today I was able to notice the first signs of hairs, and they're all over the different cola spots, and I see no balls, so no apparent herm. I have a female!

I will put up pics later, as I just noticed the flower pistils RIGHT before the lights went off. Gotta let the babies have that uninterrupted dark period. My room isn't light-proof but it's certainly not getting anything close to direct full-moon light through the cracks so no worries on interrupted flowering.

Okay, as promised here are my update pictures!

First couple are pics of one of the top colas and another bud site found elsewhere on the plant. Next pic is the current state of both plants in their container. Last two pics are the little three-incher, nearly done with it's budding, the trichromes are starting to turn amber, so I'm going to be chopping it down in a few days and starting the curing process.

In the meantime, I have two new seedlings started up and going nicely in my seedling/clone box. Those will get more pictures once they're actually worth mentioning.

So I harvested the little bud.

Dry weight after stem removal and leaf trimming? .7 grams, just a bit shy of what I expected.

smoke: Smooth. Clear high, no major body effects besides a light head. Was quite a creative-enhancing high.

The other plant has bloomed out nicely for just being two weeks into flowering. I expect this to take another 8 weeks, though.
