well let me wade in here, i carry a gun 24/7 legaly and have not had to shoot anybody in years! but when i did it was a Huge Hassle! cops,booking,bail, coroners inquest. but i did get the gun back and was found to be fully justified. still not something you want to go threw if it can be avoided. thats all i have to say about that...
Funny how you never saw the pictures of the back of his bleeding head. Selective I am sure.
Getting killed is a bigger hassle IMO, Funeral expenses, lost wages, kids with no father, wife on her own, you never get the gun back and people stop coming over to see you.

i guess all that bleeding occurred in the 30 or so seconds between the gunshot and the neighbor coming out to take a photograph of it, and at no other time.
