Gotcha. Thanks. I'm trying to figure out a way to go about it without having to send away for new nets every time. Time to hit the DIY drawing board, I guess.

It is a BIT lengthy and technical, but worthwhile !!!
I haven't grown without it so I have no comparison, BUT, the weed I have grown so far is WICKED ass good and I am not gonna quit it.
I also add the ghetto CO2 with the sugar water & yeast.
Again, no comparison without it, but I'll always do it.

I thought CBD was independent of THC? A higher cbd strain would be for instance: 20% THC, 5% CBD? With all that being said if you use a UVB light will it prohibit developing CBD or make more because it's cannabinoid? I'm curious because although I like strains with higher THC content I want my anti-anxiety CBD counterparts as well.
As a side note i've ran into a lot of people who used to be a heavy smoker and stopped for a while and when they came back it was too paranoia inducting. From what i've heard a lot of breeders are breeding out CBD because it counter acts THC?

Res change today and I got my camera in the root tub as it was draining.
I'm telling ya..... everything in both res' was freakin..... wait for it..... you know.....
That's right, I'm breaking it out again..... PERFECT !
It really is, and I'm just beside myself.... so cool !
The wife says, "I thought you said it was on autopilot, that we could go away for a week.... but you're out there 3 - 4 times a day?"

Once again, we've all seen the pics of the snow white root masses, and this ain't one.
That Golden Tree is thick (and stinky) and my soup gets 5ml per gallon = 40ml every res change.
It builds up residually a bit and I rinse the roots as much as I can now by lifting the front of the big lid and putting aa hose right in there.
But everything in there feels good, smells good, no slimy conditions at all.
I think I got this particular system really performing optimally!
I even see myself doing only 1 plant, mainlined to 16 colas, REALLY optimizing the root tub for just one massive root ball....?

And then today as I am looking around underneath for dead weight to trim, I discover one of the 8 mains on the GoldLeaf was kinda buried in the corner and grown over.
I got things repositioned and it is my new "Tard" that has yet to get above the screen.
Sucks cause I got side branches getting close to the light, shame this was crowded into the shade.
WE shall see...

My theory is, the UVB is always on in those regions that have the high UVB, so.....
But no, get a bulb in there now to increase THC resin production !

Well, let's switch the topic from UVB to LED !
I got all 4 0f the LED supplemental grow strips mounted up high and an additional one mounted on a wrinkle on the foil on the door, which helps aim it down a bit.

NOT certain that these will make any difference at all, but they were cheap. and I already had a 12v / 2A wall wort to power them... so we shall see!

One of the guys built and entire board of strip lights. I'd love to figure out a way to run, say three rows, around the entire top half of the grow. I just don't get the light to the outer edges of my cab due to the shape, and how close the light really is to the tops of the plants. I'd probably just fix mount it towards the top, a not even use it till late in flowering.

I allready hang a couple led bulbs in each corner to compensate and its just a pain in the ass to adjust, and takes up too much room. It's either that, or just buy some more cobs, and double up the row like Tim just did, lol. :mrgreen:

Yea, Timmys new setup has a great footprint!
It is a little darkish in some of my corners as well, but only when the plants get this tall... and taller so this just helps fill in.
With all this CDM, UVB & THC, we gonna have a TON of THC... :bigjoint:
