just germed 5 gh bubba kush, all 5 cracked, just waiting for them to pop there heads above the soil. have never had a problem with germination from greenhouse seeds (only tried there white rhino)

GHS Bubba Kush. non purple pheno i believe, its at 7 weeks and no purple, so i guess its not it. i hope i get one this batch of seeds though.

3 weeks and 2 days from popping through soil.

Man, those pics have my mouth watering. I have 1 BubbaK about a week old and another that I planted yesterday. I will post pics when there is something to show. A little info. Greenhouse seeds that were freebies from Attitude. Soil grow, but will be taking cuttings for my aero systems. Staggering the planting to get a spread out harvest. Flower under 2 1000 watt HPS. Botanicare nutes. Cloning in a closet, vegging in the hall under a combination of cfl's and a 430 watt Son-Agro HPS with added blue spectrum. I will add the 430 watt to the flower room as soon as I can get a decent MH light. Sorry about the long post. Pics to follow.

Hey man my bubba kush gets a little hint of purple around week 8-9....with the dense canopy bubba has i would recommend harvesting at two or three different times....wait about a week or two between the following harvests. this allows lower buds that have never received much light to do so. my bk around week 11 turns full purple...check the pictures out below...this purple does not come out till late in the game...they are not over ripened either because of lack of light.
i think lettin tops go this long will have a reverse effect...being that buds over ripen and begin to degrade thc. i think it has something to do with the age of the plant in flower....

look at the difference....first (cured) and second picture is tops harvested at 8.5 weeks (12/12), third picture is of third harvest reaped around week 11-12... both are great and smoke a little different.

Bubba Kush update, I do have a purple pheno, i honestly thought it was nute burn, but i looked closer and the leaves are turning purple, im stoked. here are some pics. i didnt realize it would start this late in flower. its hard to see on the main cola, but the purple has started forming on the outside of the leaves, im guessing it will work its way to cover the entire leaf.

This Bubba kush thread is sweet cant believe i just found it i like the idea of threads for certain strains iv got one goin for Cheese at the moment this thread has me inclined to a bubba kush grow next One question though , how tall does it get ??

Thanks, I always liked the look of the Bubba, 1st time growing it out though. I couldn't honestly tell you how tall it gets, guess it depends on veg time, and training. I belive it's a medium hight plant though.

I supercropped mine, b/c i have height issues as well, but i would say that after vegging for 1 month the total height at 7 weeks is above 2ft but less than 3 ft. i do not believe that this is a very tall strain
