The Proper Way to Water A Potted Plant

...and I water twice a week, one being a feed.
Its better to water according to the size of the plant in relation to the size of the pot its in.

I use solo cups until I see a second set of leaves and then they go in 5 gallon fabric pots.

For about ten days , tiny plants in a big pot? they get ONE solo cup each, spiral watered from stalk to edges of round fabric pot..........next 10 days they get 2 solo cups each watering............frequency about every other day at this stage...........Its all common sense and paying attention daily to what they show you.

Simply learn to water an amount that carries you over 24 hrs and repeat.
This gets you more O2 to the roots over watering so it lasts days.
Better pH balance and an even, predictable pH swing that goes with soil growing.
This "swing" is the key to nutrient availability at differing pH values.
And if the soil gets too dry I find the pH shifts dramatically!

Oldtimers Haze that took 20 months to flower.
Is this a typo here, errr??(months=weeks)... I know the long flowering Sativa's are in your wheelhouse, so i know it's plausible either way, but sheeesh.... you're like the only guy I (don't) know, who can handle such endeavors.

Checking trichs at week 65.... Nope, not yet. Getting there though. 10-15 more weeks probably.

Ha ha, I meant 20 weeks. Although I think I should have let it go a couple weeks longer.
