The ReRun Grow DP, C99, Tangie

Hello new friends and thanks for stopping by. I've got a few things going on here. I harvested 5 clones from my last grow. All taken during flower. The c99#2 is the most mature clone. It was taken at 3w into flower. Rooted fast and has now entered the veg stage once again.

The others were taken at 8+ weeks in flower. All have rooted and are now in the process of converting back to a veg stage. That will take a while. Flowering for these 4 won't kick off till sometime in July unless I get some rapid regeneration and they can flower earlier. But I'm in no hurry.

The C99#2 will go under a 4x4 screen in my big tent. When the others are ready they will join them on the other side of the tent but will not be under a screen. These will be trained.

Ran into a issue with these. I guess I got a little to heavy handed with the pliers as I crushed stems. Notice the left side all curled and stalled. No other explanation I can come up with. Guess I'll have to be a little more gentle. New growth is emerging and it looks fine so these should be joining the other side of the pot soon.

This is one of my late harvest clones. The Durban Poison was the first to root. She's been in promix about a week or so. Starting to show signs of unfolding the bud and slowly moving into a veg stage. Those lil spikes poking out should push out some smooth single leaf soon. Takes a while with these clones taken deep in flower.

My cloning method is stupid simple. I use small glass jars of tap water. Rough up the stems n dip in gel. Place in jar of tap water and leave it in 24/7 light. 10-14days on clones taken near 3w flower to root. Cuts taken deeper in flower will take a little longer. No humidity dome, no cubes or plugs, nothing fancy..just tap water in a jar under the stove light.

I use Jack's nutrients along with calcium nitrate and Epsom in promix hp myco. My plants get the same amount of nutrients every watering. If it needs water. It gets Jack's. That goes from seedling to harvest.
I never measure ph, ppm, ec, run off...1/4tsp Jack's, calnit, Epsom...every time. Simple growing method that produces well. Pulled in almost 4lbs last harvest. I was very pleased with how well jacks did.
This is critical Kush.. Barney's from my last grow. She pulled in the most weight out of the others at 8.5oz. Not bad for a one month veg.

Tons more fun coming soon. Looking forward to sharing this grow.

My C99 clone is finally recovering. She's a bushy thing. I'm going to get her up potted into a 7 gal grow bag and get her settled in under the screen. It'll fill that screen fast so not to sure when I will flip this one.

There's just this one stubborn branch that has not totally healed yet. Man I gotta be a little more gentle..lol.

The other clones have been thrown in promix. They don't look so hot but they are alive. C99#1 and Tangie in 1 gal. Two more are in cups. I only need one more so whoever comes out of it first will join the grow.

The Cinderella99 #2 will be under the screen this round. She leans towards the sativa side of Cindy and turned out to be a potent girl. Last grow she produced some fox tails and solid gnarly bud. She produced about 6oz after a month of veg time. I'm expecting a lot more this round. I'm shooting for 19+ oz. One plant, one screen.

Some more off the checklist today. Got the c99#2 up potted to 7gal bag and under the screen. Looks kind puny in there now but in a few weeks it'll be busy. Still up in the air as to when I'd flower this girl. Depends on how fast she starts filling the screen. I'll fill 1/3 of the screen and see where I'm at. It really does depend on how fast it's growing.IMG_20240601_133144540.jpgIMG_20240601_133206069.jpg

She's in the screen!!!! Well, a few branches have reached it with many more to come. The roots must be digging in well since up potting. She's perky and growing fast.IMG_20240604_133720620.jpgIMG_20240604_133518225.jpg

A peak below and ya see I've got a ton of branches going on. Most of these will engage the screen. The small growth will be removed as the branches grow. Cleaned out some unneeded debris and watered.

Just for fun I plucked off a start, did the 45, roughed it up, and threw it in a jar of tap water. No gel this time. Let's see what happens.IMG_20240604_142903333.jpg

I don't remember these flowering clones kicking out pistols all throughout the reveg process. She's still throwing them with every branch. It's like she's in a steady state of one week flower..lol When I do flip the switch these will be super fast to develop.
She's a rich green color. Dancing on the edge of N toxicity but that's just how Jack's rolls.IMG_20240604_191021358.jpg

My pineapple throws hairs way early. Seems pretty common with most of the 99 and pineapple strains. Clones just wanna give back!lol

So the C99#1 is out of the race. Not because of death. The clones were fine. It's just the wife and I decided we just don't care for it. Heavy to smoke..cough, cough. Nice buzz but seems to just be one of them plants that doesn't agree with us. Her sister, who is the one under the screen is a nice smoke. Racey buzz.

I'm there place will be these...

Ive been anxious to give these a go. I have room for two plants so why not something new in the garden.

The DP is growing but not very quickly..lol. The bud that came off that plant was super dense. I'm guessing that's why this one is taking so long to unfold. I can tell it's growing..just slowly. I moved it closer to the light.

The other two look like a trainwreck but they are still green under all that mess. I only need one so whoever perks up first is it.IMG_20240605_143645949_HDR.jpg
C99#2...Bushier than an 1970 bikini bottom. No topping for this girl..lolIMG_20240605_144703523.jpgIMG_20240605_144243866_HDR.jpg

I'm getting some pretty good growth now under the screen. I'm planning on mid month flip to flower. Seems like I'm getting an inch or more of growth a day now.
IMG_20240607_151938775.jpg

Underneath is exploding. Once they establish in the screen I'll clean them up a lil. With a final cleaning at the end of stretch.
IMG_20240607_151959816.jpg

I've taken the other clones and newly sown seed into the 4x4. The one above did well under that little t5 lamp with 24/7 light. Maybe that's what these need to speed up a little. We shall see.

So a slight change to the program......

I've decided to put the DP and Tangie on hold for a while. As slow as they are growing I have no choice..lol. Anyways, I figure I'll veg them a while and fit them in down the road. This leaves me two spots open so I'm soaking two Strawberry Banana fems from Reserva Privada. I'll grow these next to the two cjc91s.

Happy n healthy. Growing pretty good now. Once the stems pointed out below hit the mark I'll flip.
It's kinda difficult to figure when to flip. With just one plant in there it takes a lil more time. I try to step back and imagine the plant double of what it is right now. I'm not super concerned with filling the screen totally. If it does it does. That screen is just a tool to control growth. However, I do want to try and get the most from this plant so I'll veg as long as possible. Which from the looks of it won't be long. But I won't catch that mid month window I wanted. Oh well, I'm in no hurry. She looks like a bad hair day right now but by flower this is gonna look amazing...let's hope..lol

Tweak note....find another center post. That thing is just an eyesore. Yeah it'll disappear soon but I gotta find a nice small diameter dowel or rod. That 2x2 blocks light.

Moving along with these chunky looking CapjunkyChem91s. Today at 9 days they appear to be happy and working on another set of leaf.

The C99 scrog is growing. Seems slow as molasses sometimes but it'll get there. I need more growth in that screen so prob another full week before flowering.
IMG_20240617_114033140_HDR.jpgIMG_20240617_114256315_HDR.jpgIMG_20240617_114233543_HDR.jpg

Cleaning out under the canopy has been a steady once a week thing. More growth tries to emerge each week. This is what I start with. It's not much anymore but them little ones try to sneak in there. I'll remove all that I believe will not reach the screen or contribute much to the grow.
