im just wondering what is the best humidity & temp for a pc grow case 125w CFL .

Under normal conditions, the ideal temperature range for indoor growth is 72 -76F (22-24C) and at night time it shouldn't drop more then 15F (8 C).Humidity is 60-70% for vegetative growth and 40-60% for flowering growth. And that goes for ALL indoor growth

Take a look at this article from urban garden magazine about vapor pressure deficit (VPD):

It should help define what the "correct" temp and humidity for your plants is...keep in mind this is a guideline, but if possible try to get close to what they recommend for optimal growth.
You will need a laser temp shooter (from hardware stores for $30 or less) to accurately determine your plant's VPD..and even then it will vary leaf to leaf, time of day, distance from light, etc. Keep that in mind, this is just a general guideline, but it does help determine how the temp/humidity affects the plant and how the plant "feels the air".

hello im on week 3 on a 125w pc grow box 60 day wonder and short ryder and the bottom leaves have started tocurl abit and one plant is going yellow ish the temp is 33c and low humity any tips from pro cheers TJ.
