The establismnet doesn't want Ron Paul to be president and a Ron Paul presidency is the only option over a Mittens/Obama presidency which would yield the exact same results..therefore I choose Ron Paul because he is the only option over Goldman Sachs and Jp Morgan America.

Couldnt you have found a place in one of the other 5 ron paul threads on the front page for this?

Seriously, even I am getting sick of the RP spam.

No. Its a vote. If I buried it in another thread it would be more likely to be ignored. Im not trying to toot the RP horn with this, just posting a poll. RP just happens to be winning when pitched head to head against Obama, and all other GOP. Whats interesting is this "none of the above" character who seems to have come out of nowhere and is even beating OBama. Which is noteworthy as PBS has a primarily democratic/center left audience.

Ive never complained about Ron Paul threads. I tried to start some other threads on our other distinguished candidates, including Obama, in an effort to appease all the people whinning about Ron Paul's popularity but no one posted anything in them and they quickly fell off the top.

Ron Paul is popular, get over it.

Great, so now I have to start a new thread for the poll. Obama fans aren't going to read this thread -ever ever- and find the bit about the poll, and then go vote for Obama.

This forum is turning Fascist too. I hate forum big government.

Yeah...I was talking about that particular PBS poll. Thanks for trying.
too bad one single poll doesn't really count for dick when EVERY SINGLE POLL shows otherwise.

ron paul trails obama in a head to head by a significant margin, and is in 4th place among the GOP field in national polling.

The poll is based on a specific question; "Who can fix our economy?"

Thanks to a certain moderator, my thread was luiquidated into a new general Ron Paul thread no doubt confusing you and im sure many others. I was not arbitrarily posting this in the Official Ron Paul thread.

The question is Who can fix the economy? It is not who would you vote for right now?

Odviously the vast majority of left leaning PBS viewers beleives the answer is Ron Paul or None of The Above. That does not mean they are going to vote for him.

If I had no idea of what a mess our monetary system is in and what the possible reprecussions of that were, I would probably not vote for RP.

The fact of the matter is, he knows his shit. He has written two non-fiction books about monetary policy. He is the only candidate, and congressman, capable of debating complex financial, monetary and economic issues and most importantly he is the only one willing to tackle the taboo ones. He is also well versed on more than just the monetary and financial system but history of civilization in general.
When the Ben Bernanke is getting grilled in front of congress, its Ron Pauls testimony and questions that get debated in the media and have youtube videos made of them.

I think if most people knew what was really going on in the upper echelons of the financial industry, and where current events falls when compared to the timeline of history, Ron Paul would be the next president.

That is simply false in every way. Polls have Paul losing to Obama in a head to head match up in pretty much every credible poll. The average is Obama beating Paul by 7.7 points. Romney loses to Obama by 2.2 points. And nationally against the republican field Paul is in third-forth place depending on the poll.

Here is the proof

You were talking about an internet poll where Ron Paul worshipers vote over and over again. That is not a scientific poll and means exactly nothing.
