Check out Attitude seed bank. You can click on the American flag and it will give you the price in dollars. Different seeds cost more than others. I ordered some seeds recently and had no problems with it being delivered to my home. I also bought the gift to ensure delivery of my seeds. They tuck the seeds in with a t-shirt or whatever you order. Things tend to run more on the down low that way. I also have my seeds put in a tin to protect them during shipping. I have never done a scrog grow and have no idea on what strain or the lights. I'm sure somebody else on here would be better able to answer that.
