I don't really....there are assholes that bug but I am usually identified as the opposition. The characters who are here to negate, the inflexible, the downright ignorant tend to lean in hard and have nothing to say, I guess.

I was only able to make it less than 3 minutes in ... it is just his sort of superficially reasonable PC that is the moving hand concealing what the other is doing ...

Sometimes one has to look past the messenger to evaluate the message. I realize it is a difficult task at times. I have heard similar arguements from folks who didn't want to read the bible even. The thing that is commendable about this messenger is that he is now acknowledging he does not have an answer, just that the problem can be easily identified.

I see. i was thinking more in terms of "the loyal opposition", the folks who bring alternatives to the table of governance. I don't see much of such a thing any more; imo both sides are subsumed by the larger shadow game ...

The problem isn't people making money. Profit is neither good or bad, the METHOD of HOW the profit is derived must be a consideration when attempting to make this evaluation.

In a free and consensual exchange both parties benefit or they wouldn't make the exchange. The problem is the application of NON CONSENSUAL FORCE.

As far as being molded, speak for yourself.

a corporation cannot COMPEL government to do shit, they ENTICE politicians.


Kelly is correct, if the government doesnt have a massive tottering bureaucracy and easily purchased "public servants" available at discount rates, then a corporation has no reason to bribe to get their way.

without corporations and the things they provide, you would be dead. that they atempt to influence policy for their own benefit is only good sense. i want to influence policy for MY benefit too, i just dont have the pull, which is why i have to be part of a group, which is what a corporation really is, a COLLECTIVE.

yes thats right, many people voluntarily giving of the fruits of their labour, for a common goal. THEIR goal is just much more realistic and useful than yours.
