I am really really surprised that the guy running Holy Smoke Seeds hasn't already done what I am doing. He is from South Africa, he has tons of Flavor strains, and he has strains like the Drakensberg one. All he has to do is start mixing all his African Strains with all his Flavor strains and he could make something crazy and new, but I guess I am going to have to do it. He might do it soon, but it seems like he is more interested in European strains, and getting fruitier and fruitier, and I am not even sure he knows that his African strains have THCv in them, or if he cares or knows what THCv does. Since really not many people know much about THCv, and even though tons of dispensaries have "THCv: 0.00%" on their products along with the THC, THCa and CBD content, none of them really have any THCv strains, or advertise them as THCv strians.

For example, have you ever walked in a dispensary and seen their Durban Poison advertised as their "Highest THCv strain" or is it always just called a "Sativa"?

So are you claiming that there is not a landrace strain from Drankensburg, and that World of Seeds just made that up completely and didn't actually go there and get one. And the legends about the Zulus smoking is not true.

Or are you claiming that World of Seeds just doesn't actually have it and completely sold a fake strain?

Or what are you claiming? Because can you find anyone else saying what you are saying about this strain?
Go look at the map, it is a tiny place, there are not going to be different land races developing in an area that small.
I'm calling them on their bullshit on this strain. The only strain endemic to this region is Durban poison, sometimes called rooibaard when harvested late.
There is also no such thing as generations of Shaka Zulus. I'm pretty sure they smoke weed and drank beer and did all kinds of superstitious shit. It was the zeitgeist of the time.
If you smoked good enough weed there is not much fighting left in you though.Traditionally only the old men were allowed to use weed.

That blurb was not from Holy Smoke, the blurb was from World of Seeds. I am just asking the guy here saying that the strain doesn't exist to show me anyone that agrees with him that it is a fake strain, then gave Holy Smoke as a second example of this strain actually existing and him being confused in thinking it is fake.

Here is his Blurb
Adept to hardy conditions growing throughout the Drakensberg Mountains this is a Big yielding Sativa tending on the sweeter side with a touch of sour later on in the cycle with a great after-taste and pleasant high and the ability to produce very large yields.

100 % Landrace
13/15 % THC
12-14 weeks flowering time
2-3 m indoor/outdoor
Multi branched
Large Colas

But yes, actually Nick from Holy Smoke seeds in not a great person, I have seen him talk down to other people on instagram, and when I told him I was making mixes of his strains and giving the seeds away for free, he got mad.

DO you honestly think no one has mixed strains here before?I am holding some pollen from a purple male swazi ( in itself a hybrid) to put on exodus cheese, but not for flavour, for yield and colour.

Once everyone has mixed everything with everything else, there will be no clean genetics left over and everything will taste the same.

1. I was not saying there are multiple landraces from Drankensberg, I was saying that both of those strains are from the same landrace. Probably crossed back with their own strain once, and then sold on the market as "landrace", and I know it is locked it once, but I am not really all about it being "pure" landrace, I am doing this for THCv.

2. You are doing it backwards. The Purple Swazi mixed with Cheese is a good. But what I am talking about is like Purple Swazi mixed with Malawi Cheese, or Purple Swazi mixed with Malawi. I am talking about making strains with more THCv than ever before.

You can pretend that this is happening already, but there are strains almost every year that have higher THC than the year before, and strains with higher CBD than the year before, but there are not strains with higher THCv strains every year. And breeding Purple Swazi with Exodus Cheese is not going to do that.

I am doing things like mixing Malawi with Banana Crack, and South African Kwazulu with Strawberry, then crossing those 2 crosses together, and things like that. That is not what you are doing.

It is crazy. And we have taken THC about as far as it can go, and since they are really testing the Essential Oil and it's not like 30% of the actual plant is THC, the only thing they can really do at this point is push out Terpenes and other Cannabinoids, like THCv.

But more people should definitely be breeding THCv strains and trying to beat the THCv content every year.

What I think people should do is like I am doing now, mixing them with flavor strains, then crossing them back with each other. But it would also be good to do things like mix it with White Widow, and White Russian, and other Frosty strains, to bring out the Trichs so they can get filled with THCv. And then mixing them with big bud and bomb genetics and things like that.

You need to take time and clean up that area around your pots.
Hygiene is important for healthy grows.

If I turn the LEDs off the HPSs create the lines on the screen effect.

I will take pictures with no lights once I start flower, they are actually on 24/0 right now, so there is not a time when it is dark in there. I was just giving everyone some pictures of what is in the videos.

Plus people like seeing the LEDs. I have told you over and over that I am not here to impress you, I am not impressed by any of you, and I am not interested in being like any of you.

And I am not going to clean up the tent.
There is dirt on the ground outside and plants grow fine with dirt all around them, and this is Coco Coir, so it's not even really dirt. You guys will just have to get over it.

You don't know the brand name or model of the LEDs..
You would love to impress us, its just so far you haven't. - its why you post here.
You have CFL so u can turn the little HPS and the blurples off and take pics under that- seriously its not hard, unless your trying to hide the obvious leaf issues...
You will clean the tent up and then you will make up a reason why you did.
I don't blame you for having low life goals and whilst you do you wont be anything like me.
