The Smell is Gone ?!!

hi everyone , i have this problem when i just came yesterday to my room where i have my plant growing .. and i noticed that the smell is gone!!!!!!!!( Marijuana smell ) , at first i couldn't believe it !! i had to bring a friend to make sure if the problem is me or the plant !.......... the plant did lost it high tastey weed smell ?! :cry:

SOS what caused it to make the smell go ?... i hope there is a solution .... feeeedz :cry:

plus The plant looks fine and its a Purple Haze from white Label ... just to let u all know that it is a good strain it suppose to be stinky :(

feeding schedule
what nutes are you using


p.s. White label sux ass IMO

Some plants stink as just as seedlings and/or all the way to harvest. others dont stink at all.

I have 2 plants about 2 week from harvest.. no smell what so ever, only if I smell the buds up close is when I can smell the fruity smell.
and i have some plants at are about 6 inches and they stunk for a little bit. and now it just smells like plants.
I wouldnt worry about it. you can always give the stem a good rub and smell your finger :P

It's quite common for plants to go thru various stages of smell as they grow and mature.......... if they are mature when harvested, odors will reappear as they dry and cure over time. What I'm growing now is very sweet and the last 2 weeks they turn to musky. Then taste and smoke sweet after properly dried.

she is about 3 months and 2 weeks old , i have one small fan faced directly to the plant , using 400 HPS ,and for nutes i am using CHRYSAL Universal Plantfood bloom ...

p.s i heard White label is the most respected seed company and it won the cannabis cup i think year 07 or 06 .. not sure , but its one the best seed companies ..

Unless you've been in a position to try a large sample of seeds from every company, you're not even close to qualified to be able to say that. With that out of the way, we're back to what are you growing it in. It's an important question, don't forget to answer.

My plant was always stinking strongly to the extent that every time i come inside my room i started day dreaming :P
the smell was very strong when i started the seedling stage ... FYI some ppl tell the differences of strains by smelling the bud ,my Favorite is all the strains that comes from the haze family.. and from my experiences i can tell if its i haze or not.... what i am saying is my plant had that strong haze scent... now its completely gone .. does that mean my plant is going to be less potent ?!!

It is not a matter of a qualification to justify what i said , i know this company is good .. because i grew 7 plants before had the best experience with smoke like never before ..

Check for powder mold. Do the buds look like they are rotting? If the plant is healthy than it losing it's smell isn't a big deal. It just means your neighbors won't notice as easy.

Does That mean the potency will decrease ?..i thought the more smell the more high i get ?....

if they are moldy then yes potency will decrease.

the stronger the smell the stronger the cannabis is false. Smell and taste do not have anything to do with potency. Although they do make the smoke more pleasant..
pics?pics?pics? and more info...stage of growth? I have never heard of those nutes where did they come from home depot? just one additive?

HAHAHAHAHA!!!! THATS SOO HILARIOUS!!... but anyways..

so i was going to ask what mrg asked, are you flowering?? if so then dont trip, i think we get used to the smell too cuz ill walk in from the grow room, (garage) and i dont think i smell like herb but i guess i still do cuz she smells it and she doesnt smoke(my lady).. i have a 36" carbon filter in my room and really just started to need it like 2 weeks ago i ended up getting one to hook to my 6" vortex im at day 37 flowering today... and my inlawz r coming thisweek..haha reason #2 i got the filter smell was gone in like..20 mins
