The Stoning of Women (and not in a good way)

For a little perspective, let's recap:

I said education would be a better resolution in the middle east than more wars / violence.

You said: "Who hit you with a stupid stick?"

I said people with a different opinion than you aren't automatically stupid.

You said: "You think woman should die and I should like it"

Conclusion: This is a pointless discussion.

...Good luck saving woman. There are so many stones and only one Doer :(

Oh read my sig - you'll enjoy it.
Nice name, were you brought up in a fundamentalist family? If so what sky daddy do you follow?

"I'm so worried about Sharia law that I don't even think about the real threats to society." ~Doer
Why not worry about it? We worry about far less don't we? Against stoning someone to death for refusing to be a slave to religion, what couldn't be a better cause? It's a far better cause than our last three wars.

Support for stoning
A survey carried out by the Indonesia Survey Institute found that 43% of Indonesians support Rajam or stoning for adulterers.[50]

A survey conducted by the Pew Research Center found relatively widespread popular support for stoning as a punishment for adultery in Egypt (82% of respondents in favor of the punishment), Jordan (70% in favor), Indonesia (42% in favor), Pakistan (82% favor) and Nigeria (56% in favor).[51]

The late American Calvinist and Christian Reconstructionist cleric Rousas John (R.J.) Rushdoony, his son Mark and his son-in-law Gary North, supported the reinstatement of the Mosaic law's penal sanctions. Under such a system, the list of civil crimes by stoning which carried a death sentence by stoning would include homosexuality, adultery, incest, lying about one's virginity, bestiality, witchcraft, idolatry or apostasy, public blasphemy, false prophesying, kidnapping, rape, and bearing false witness in a capital case.[52][53][54][55]

Christians would, and will stone and burn people. the Jews would, but they were so bigoted about admittance, they don't have enough boots, to make us put Yaweh Manson in my constitution. Islam is outright war, Christianity is murder with a smile, and Judaism set the whole bloody scam up.

when Abraham agreed to kill Isaac, Yaweh should have kicked him in the balls, and said, "big fucking fail, Abe."
that would be my kinda Sky Man.

you're not allowed to be concerned about crazy, blood-thirsty cults.
if a bunch of Norwegians carried out the same acts, under the same ethos, you know where this convo would be.

Because there are actual problems worth one's attention. For example, global warming or the garbage gyres in the oceans or even honey boo-boo is more worthy of one's attention.
How the fuck are we going to combat global warming when we still have large areas stoning each other over ridiculousness or killing people because they want to educate women. We are (US) reducing our immersions but it doesn’t change the fact china double ours and the biggest contributor by far. We're taking away our dirty jobs and giving it to them. Hows that progress?

And what of the few millennia before that? Are you actually blaming America for all the stoning from multiple religions throughout history because of our foreign policy of the last seventy year or so?

PS: they kill women for wanting to be educated.
You are taking it way out of context. Believe what you want.
Nice name, were you brought up in a fundamentalist family? If so what sky daddy do you follow?
No sky daddy here. Was raised by a self proclaimed "Pagan" with the rest of my family being hardcore Catholics which helped me put the fanatacism of religion into perspective and jump start my atheist views at a young age. Would you like to argue just to argue? I can come up with some shit if you're so set on it...

Am I? I don't see the correlation of stoning people to death and our foreign policy of the last century. Please explain to me how merica makes you believe in stoning is the right thing to do.
