The strangeness in the seed is that the leaves do not come out.

One of the seeds I sprout on a napkin and planted in the ground on Friday, May 5, looks strange. What is the problem? What do you think I should do? Will it rot and die? Or will it sprout?

Is that 2 different seedlings in photos?
1st pic just let it be, see what happens.
2nd pic looks ok so far.
Good luck.

Both are autoflowers. The healthy-looking fastbuds GSC, the other is seedsman Jack Herer. I have no idea why it looks unhealthy and its leaves are not developing.

I'm going 20/4 with the CFL. I also added some Cal-Mag to its water. I hope it doesn't die, I've never tried a Jack Herer in my life and I'm really curious. :-(

It’s a seedling - it’s doing seedling things - growing pains.
Hovering over it like an expecting father will make you do dumb things like adding Calmag and other crap.

It’s barely throwing a leaf set …. All it needs is little bit of water from time to time.
Let it acclimate to its container and medium without doing anything.

You will love it to death by dumping this and that on it.

Which might explain the necrotic opposing true leaf, sad

keep us posted on your little lady.:weed:
Frankly, I couldn't understand why his development was slow compared to the other. same cabin, same light, same water, same land. They sprouted on the same day. the other is moving fast but this one is still struggling to sprout its first leaves.
