Those rating are BS every time you grow the THC levels will be different, even if its only slightly. You do need a strain that is capable of achieving a high THC content though. The strains I like are Headband - Sour D - Bluethuder( blueberry x mantanuska tudra ) Stonehendge - Star Wars - Haze - MK Ultra - Sage - Sage and Sour . But everyone likes different thing and what I like you may not, you should try growing several varities and see what you like. good luck peace love and chicken greaseyes. u will reach a certain platuea and not get any higher
you will also in a way get less head high and more body high cuz cbd's are what cause u to be so lethargic (lazy) afterwards
thats y sativas dont make u so lethargic, lower level of cbd's than indicas

Alright third time posting this, there are two distinctly different ways to calculate THC content in bud. Same thing really it's mass-spectrometry. The "20%" or whatever THC level you see is the ratio of THC to the other 40 something cannibanoids, not the weight of the plant. The second way is measuring the THC compared the rest of the dried bud, this is the only thing we as growers have control over. This is the exact reason that even though a bud might be +20% THC buds that have 16% can still beat it. The way we as growers manipulate this is with UV light, this is the only way you can trick a plant into becoming more potent(adding more trichomes). The Trichomes are MJ's way or blocking UV light from reaching the bud (where seeds normally grow).
So to clarify, two ways of calculating THC content:
Ratio of THC to other cannibanoids (what we see on every seed website)
Ratio of THC to dried bud weight (rare to see, I've seen it a handful of times)
Also:
The only reason they give you ranges (i.e. "16-19%thc) is because as we all know, unless their straight f1's you're going to get some variance because of the different phenotypes, same reason hybrids can be different height, it's all genetic.
But hernandez, if you grow good bud shitty it won't get you as high!

AK47 is a great producer also. Nice taste. Great Sativa/Indica balance.
Finish it early for a more cerebral high. Finish it late for a more body stone.
Best tasting pot I've grown lately is Akorn (Snowbud) Great high also. It's not a heavy producer unless you veg it a long time but totally worth it for your own personal stash.

I'm growing white russian and its a producer and one of the most powerful too and its a white widow x ak-47 so I would say ak-47 also but never grown any ak just White Russian here is a picture 5 weeks into flower 18" cola and all the rest of the lower buds are about 12-14' buds

I was thinking about starting a thread to ask this question, but I think this may be a better place to ask. I have heard amazing things about Light of Jah, but is it really worth the money for seeds? Is it really that great of a strain? Does anyone have any experience at all with this strain?
