The three big balls!!!

Hey my fellow tokers! Quick quesh! I have a plant about 5 days well into flowering! Theres buds forming through the whole plant but on three seperate nodes there is one BIG LONESOME BALL! The balls are not attched by a stem to the plant, the ball itself is attached to the plant. It looks like theyre gunna bust a nut any second so i was wondering if these are three pollon sacks or three big ass calyxs? I hope its not a hermie! Should i just pick them off? Please let me know asap. What is it?
