The Few towns i thought were good are not now. Does Any One Know of any towns that are not covered by the shitty 25 mile web ??????????????
its in no grow zoneSt. David, AZ
WOA WOA I'm no coward. i am just ganna work within there system to keep fucking them. Maybe not all of us wanna invest all our hard earned money in a MAYBE... Lawyers take too long and are thieves IMO. This is a for sure way to keep growing and not go to prison for 5 plus years. I totally support your fight against the 25 mile rule, but don't hate on others for doing what they got to do.It is ridiculous that folks think it is logical to move or relocate or fudge their address to get cultivation rights...
This is America!
Stand for your rights or you will be forced to the rural areas to hide from reality and the fact that you have no rights because you will not stand for them... Seriously!
The latter ideas are not the easy way out of this problem but a cowards way of handling it... IMO! The only rights you have are the ones you are willing to fight for.
Lets stop the fucking 25 mile rule prohibition and stop wasting our time with non sense. Our State Constitution says: "No law or rule shall compel..." us to join ANY health care system. Though this was aimed at the Affordable Health Care Act it can also be applied to any system of health care services such as the Dispensary Health Care System ran by the AzDHS.
Cancel your card by emailing M2ProgramSupport@azdhs.gov and request that you be taking out of their program! Invoke your right and stop participating in the Dispensary Health Care System. Private Patient to Physician forms are avalable for those that want to do so... The Program is 100% voluntary and you are not being forced to sign up for the program so you must follow the 25 mile rule for the time being if you want a AzDHS issued green card.(we are hoping to change the program rules but it is not changed yet so you must abide)
Anyone needing help with this process let me know... I am no lawyer but this is what my lawyer has done for me!
