What up RIU? Been pretty busy since last fourth of July weekend. Got family In town also. Got quick update for those following along. Well I've been pretty busy and have decided I'm gonna switch this grow up a little. I'm not gonna try a scrog this grow. Just don't really have the time to learn it and train the plants right now. Maybe next grow I can do it. Just not the time for me right now. I am going to top em both still. At the rate they are going that may be soon. One of em is noticeably bigger than the other. The smaller one is slowly coming around. She has some twistiness to her leaves. Is that a heat or rh issue. I did screw up and have them sitting right on the deck of the cabinet and the intake air was coming in right on them drying those airpots out quickly. I realized my mistake and now have both elevated away from the intake air. They seem to be taking the nutes I've given them pretty well. Thr
There was a little burn on the tips of the bigger one and actually still exists but none on new growth. I have a batch of mix made up now that was 4L of ro water mixed with a qrtr tsp of calmax bringing the ec to 0.03 then 8ml of rhizotonic 10ml of cannazyme and also 10ml each of canna coco a&b. Phd to 5.8 with an ec of 1.6. All from the canna calc which had a final ec of 1.6 calculated out. So I hit it right on. Anyway I may start my last two LSD seeds and let em veg for a few weeks and then take em to Cali with me to transplant to my bros outdoor garden. Also thinking when I top my two ultimates I'll try and nurse those cuttings and bring the clones on the trip also for transplant to his outdoor garden. Anyone see problems with this? They look nice and plump. and will bounce back for sure..
did you get your new ph meter yet..? I ordered the same one as well. I need that bad boy soon. My old hanna is driving me NUTS!

Hey what up DAT? Yeah it is pretty trippy looking. Pretty cool when the room is dark and I open up the cab. Crazy glow coming out. They seem to be doing great they have livened up with good color. Yeah I did get that ph meter in the mail ready. It came with the quickness. I like it and that site I got it from. Seems to be a decent meter definitely better than the Hannah.

What up RIU? Well here is what is now turning into my weekly update. Just been busy as hell since the fourth. The summer is here! Going to see Megadeth tonight at the mayhem festival. Can't wait cause they kick ass live! Seen em about five times and all have been killa shows! Ok so for the update. Well I transplanted them yesterday to bigger airpots. Bout 3gl size. I have to different looking plants right now. One is nice and green and tall and looking to be on her way. The other plant is small has a nice green but is a lot shorter than the other and it's leave edges are kinda twisty and curly. After giving her a good look over I have found that her stem right below the surface has a loop in it. Didn't notice this when she was sprouting but apparently the stem is straight then has a loop before coming thru the coco surface. This is obviously stunting her growth! Not sure what I'm gonna do! Should I just let her go and continue to top the other one as planned? Should I give it to my buddy and let him nurse it along and in the meantime start another strain? Or maybe when I top the good one I can nurse the cutting and hope it takes root and then I'll have a clone of the good one and maybe top it again while waiting for the clone to take root and get healthy. Sounds kinda like a plan. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas on this? Feel free to share them! Thanks for checking it out! Happy Growing!

hey ChronicDoom. Sorry to hear about your one plant, that is twisted! (excuse the pun) it sounds like you have a lot of ideas on how to proceed. I really dont know what advice i can give you, im sorry, i have never heard of such a thing before. The only suggestion i can give to you is to go to the 600 Club and ask that question on that thread.. Its a very busy thread with lots of vet growers onboard. Having only 2 plants ( i have been there before) must make your decision difficult. Personally, i would let her grow out and see what happens. These plants are such fuckin vigorous vicious beasts.. with all the nutes and TLC shes getting i do believe she will survive. Look at it like natures way of giving a really interesting HIgh Stress Tech to her. Also, I have seen other exotic types of plants grow with twisted branches..so.. just my 2 cents..If she does survive.. she will be one wicked lady. So you have seen Megadeth 5 times..wow..that beats my record.. have fun..i wonder if you were at the show they played at sodo a few months ago????? Mustaine is jaw dropping, i was blown away. take care DAT

Yeah I love Megadeth! This is at least my 5th time seeing them. Might be 6th or 7th. Gotta think on that! Yeah I've been to a shit load of concerts. Seen Metallica and TooL at least 10x each. Roadtripped across country once to Rome, NY for Woodstock 99. That was bad azz just me and my friend and a ounce or two of some ChroniC! Good Times! Oh and no I missed that show at sodo. What up RIU! Well just a little update on the girls. Just fed em some rhizotonic and ro water ph'd to 5.8. Last time for that mix. Just nursing them a lil after the transplant. Will start the nutes again during the next feed. The tall girl is 4 1/2" and the shorty is 2 1/4" tall. The tall one is looking perfect IMO. Gonna top her in a week or so. Now to the shorty of the two. Like I said in my last update this one has a loop in the main stem at the coco. After checking it out tonight it now has some roots forming at the what I will now call the knot. It is now growing horizontally along the coco. Looks like it is gonna take a little time for it to stabilize and start growing vertically again. Right now she is at 2 1/4" tall. Wondering if I should top her also since she is growing like this? Anyone have any suggestions on wether I should top her or just let her go and do some pruning on her? Which I plan on pruning both of em. Haven't done any pruning on my three previous grows. Just let em kinda go and do their own thing. Not this time though. Unlike the tall girl the shorties leaves are rough. Is this from the knot? I'm not sure what it is. that beast with the twisted stem looks mean as hell.. i would definitely keep it going if i were you.. i think you'll be pleasantly surprised by the end like i said to DAT some of the best smoke i've had has come from freaks

that loop looks like a good delivery system anyway.. storing water and nutrients.. similar to end result of super cropping kinda..
